My family is having a terrible experience from Best Buy. We were moving into a new house, so we went to the Paramus branch on July 4th to purchase a new refrigerator, washer, and dryer. We chose the model and they said they were in stock, so we purchased and asked for delivery on the 16th, a few days before moving. They delivered on the 16th as scheduled. But they didn't bring a washer. They couldn't install the dryer they brought , because it had to be installed on top of the washer. After they left, my husband realized that the refrigerator was not the model we had chosen, so he contacted Paramus Best Buy and went to the branch. The refrigerator was a different model due to the seller's mistake, and that the washer and dryer were not available because they were discontinued products. We were angry, but we chose a different model for the washer and dryer, and demanded that the refrigerator be replaced with the model we chose.
The new delivery date was 7/22 and they came on schedule. However, although we purchased all the parts needed for installation, they said they did not have the parts and left without even replacing the refrigerator.
We went back to the Paramus branch, consulted with the manager, and planned the delivery schedule again. Since we had already moved and were storing the refrigerator we didn't want, we decided to give it another try. We persuaded them several times and they decided to come today, 7/26, it was 3 days ahead of their third delivery date of 7/29.
Today 7/26, they brought all the appliances. However, they refused to install the washer and dryer because the location was on the third floor. When purchasing the product, we were informed that the installation location was on the 2nd and 3rd floor. And he wondered about replacing the refrigerator. All of my new neighbors in my newly built townhouse of over 90 units have refrigerators, washers and dryers. Today, delivery man were very rude and nasty. First reason that they can’t install was he needed more people because it was on the 3rd floor,
And second reason that they could not be responsible for any damage to the walls and stairs. My stairs size are 4ft width. My husband agreed to the damage and requested that it be installed. But they refused again .
The third reason was that the belt needed to transport the refrigerator broke.
I can't believe it. It's not a best buy, it's a worst buy. We no longer want to do anything with Best Buy. We also want to cancel the card I made to buy things and will cancel all purchases. My husband couldn't go to work for the three delivery schedules, and our family is under a lot of mental stress. I will sue legally for our losses and emotional harm. We hereby notify you , until Monday, July 29th to remove the unwanted refrigerator that they left at our home. If Best Buy doesn't do it, we'll throw away the refrigerator of our own accord. I want an answer as soon as possible.

Needed to make a return was a smooth process & stopped at
the "Geek Squad" 2 have my Acer
Laptop ck out 4 the issue I was experiencing or charger! To my surprise the "BB GS" rep offered
to review my laptop while I shopped @ NC! Couldn't be a nicer young man & in this day - where a fee is charged for every minor request it's nice too have BB perform a courtesy review for me !!

I went there like a week ago July 1st /24 to buy two set of 75 and 65 tvs with soundbars but too hard to get a sale staff they are not interested helping customers. We waited for a while to get help then we decided to leave and went to PC Richard's that as soon we entered the store someone help us right away to get everything we want. We we're out there in less than half hour because I have already have in mind what I need. I was surprised that the prices at PC Richard's are identically the same with Best Buy. Best buy should put their salesperson on commission like PC Richard's before loosing their business due to poor performance of their sale staff attending to their customers.

Don't go this store. This is the worst BB store and BB will lose many customers because of this store.
Today, I went to buy a printer and had so many bad experiences, it's a long story. To make it short the employees do not want to help people, give misinformation, don't know how to check their stock properly, very unprofessional. They don't use a name tag (probably try to hide their names because they know they are providing the worst customer service), the worst experience was... the manager. At the end, I tried to talk with the manager, but he just cut while I was talking. He said "let me find your printer first, if you want to complain, I will give you the number. I will come back", then he never ever came back. Of course other guy brought my printer. The manager didn't want to hear me complain and wanted to leave. Just totally ignored me. I don't want to give 1 star, is there "-5 Stars"?

I just need my ROG Ally fixed and they did fix it so I'm happy and contend with the results but I still have not gotten my Xbox pass that seems to be a ongoing issue and it has nothing to do with Best buy has more to do with whoever else from what I was told

It's easy to drop off old or dead electronics here for free for recycling. They charge $30 for discarding large computer monitors though. I was surprised to find this out recently when I dropped off a 27 inch monitor but it was worth it to me since it's apparently illegal to put computer monitors out for trash pickup in our area.

The worst customer service..I waited for 30.mins..two days in a row..I needed to check a price on an item that was not marked.. you have to add your name to the queue..then when you buy the item..it takes another 20 mins to fill out the paper work..then of course check out..I gave up and went to another best buy

In my case I bought a 75-inch TV with a beautiful image and a Bose pro + mini component, I am happy with my purchase...
