He was very nice, had good energy, and let us stay to watch him start up the car and load it onto the truck. He also told us some cool stories. One of the most refreshing things was feeling like the mechanic was a real person who understood the hardship being without a car can cause. It was very nice to meet someone genuine. Too often it feels like mechanic shops are trying to take advantage of you anymore, and I did not feel that way at all here. From the start joe treated me and my father like family, and he gave us multiple amazing options whether to finance or just buy, Once i decided on which option he immediately walked me and my father through every step, and the numbers, the rates, and made sure we had a good deal. They have serviced 7 different Mercedes models I have owned ranging from 1980 sl350 to a 1990 g wagon diesel to a 2004 c230 KOMPRESSOR a v12 roadster and everything in between.
