according to our opinion this store are far off from been professional ,playing tough yet results aren't delivered had to call apple support to resolve situation ! terrible expertise with this store not recommending to deal with ; we think corporate need to change all leaders and low their prices as well ps we read other low stars reviews had to agree now days low quality sold for hi bucks we got new Mac air last week day nu 3 already Mac air start giving us problems thank you a lot we are not completely naive as u think (

BRAND NEW HEADPHONES, and they snapped. This is the type of product that they sell at Best Buy and because I didn’t decide to purchase their insurance they won’t fix this cheap quality product for me. Almost $400 dollars thrown to the garbage. Your customer service representative are so rude and disrespectful. DO BETTER FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS!

Extremely nice service. They give you how much time you want to make your decisions. Very very friendly. patient Very respectful. It was just a good vibe to be there. I felt that someone was with me all the way. Whatever question I asked he answered clearly with patience. Extremely good service and keep up your good work. Thanks ♥️♥️♥️

Absolute TERRIBLE service. Some of the worst customer service ever experienced. I had bought the phone and did my trade un ahead of time and made an appointment to pick it up at the Apple store. The 15 minute visit turned to an hour and 45 minutes. When I first arrived for my appointment, they told me to wait because there's a lot of people regardless of the appointment I made. Sebastian and the female supervisor working at 11am on Thursday were completely disrespectful and rude. Sebastian erased all the data from my original phone and then struggled to get the esim working on the new phone & said there's "nothing they can do" and sent me over to walk to T-mobile to have them "fix the situation". Made me walk 4000 steps from 11:15-1pm because they directed me to the store near amc which was closed. When I came back to the Apple store telling them it was closed, THEY LAUGHED. Both Sebastian and this supervisor (110% should not be in that role) laughed between each other saying how the store has been closed for a while now and repeated that there's nothing they could do to fix the situation and issue. The experience was truly terrible to the point where I felt that both employees should be fired. I kept my calm and tried to hold a normal conversation with them in hopes that their attitudes would improve which it did not.They then made me walk over to a different T-mobile store because they made it official on their end that they weren't going to help with the set up of the phone or get the data back which THEY ERASED. When bringing up that the iPhone 12 has radiation issues (reasoning for the trade it), they consistently said "no" it doesn't and that it's "not true". They also kept trying to make me buy the charger which I told them I didn't need because I already had one and they DID NOT STOP trying to push the purchase onto me while repeatedly telling me that my phone won't work without that charger. In conclusion, terrible employees & terrible service. I will never come here again.

I came on a weekday because the weekends get really busy. I was shopping for a new MacBook since the one I have now is 10 years old. I was assisted by Michele, who was super helpful and very knowledgeable. She guided me through the process of getting the MacBook that would fit my needs. She was amazing and should be acknowledged for people skills and Apple tech knowledge. Thank you again.

This was the first time I needed any type of technical support for my Apple products. Justin was the best tech at the Genius Bar. He was knowledgeable, patient and personable. He took care of all of my issues (I had a laptop and iPad that needed updating) including backing up data that had sentimental value to my family. I know you cannot request a specific tech, but Justin was the best. I don't know where else I can give him 5 stars. Hopefully his manager sees this!

Was visiting family from out of town a while ago when my phone suddenly stopped working. Fought through traffic and the mall parking lot to see if Apple could help me out.A young man and a woman were more than happy to help me. I explained the issue (and that I had AppleCare). which can be summed up as “my phone suddenly won’t power on.” They plugged my phone into a charger and low-and-behold….no power.Their advice? Go plug it into my car charger then turn the car on and it will “jumpstart” my phone. I don’t know if they were just stupid or decided it would be funny. To their credit if it was the latter they kept a pretty straight face when saying it.The absolute absurdity (stupidity?) of their suggestions caused a temporary stroke and all I could was nod and walk out of the store.My options were:1. Argue, have them take my phone, and do god knows what on it, or…2. They’d go in the back and attempt to send a power surge through my phone ala Frankenstein to get it to work again.These are the “geniuses” entrusted with complete access to your private data in a secluded room in the back of the store.Alternatively they’re idiots and this is the best Apple could find to repair your $1,200 phone and $3,500 laptop.On the flip side, I love my new Galaxy phone and new PC

I would never go back to this store. I have direct interactions with sales associate Bob, store manger Beatrice and genius associate Ricardo. Ricardo was the only person I had positive experience with.I went their store to purchase a MacBook Air, and their sales associate Bob was friendly and knowledgeable when I asked him about purchasing a new MacBook Air. But as soon as he finished the transaction, he disregarded my need to transfer data, and difficult time waiting for the Genius bar appointment.The Genius Bar associate Ricardo was great. He was very helpful and patient. But the real issue was the staff scheduling my appointment.After I bought the new MacBook Air, the sales associate Bob advised me to make an appointment to transfer data. When I made an appointment with Alex, Alex told me to wait at the Genius bar. I waited for about 50 minutes. And the sales associate Bob and I had eye contact several times during this wait, and he did nothing. I asked another genius staff about the wait time, and he said there is no indication of how long I will be waiting. Finally, I came up to the person who sold me the computer, Bob, and asked him to figure out how much longer I still needed to wait. He referred me to their store manager Beatrice, and she said, Alex should have told me the wait time was about 50 minutes when I made the appointment. But because he is new he did not mention it. I told her that I had been waiting for so long if there was any way to help me faster, and she said no. I asked her what she planned on doing, but she did not give me any answer.Later on, when Richardo helped me. Beatrice told Alex what happened, and Alex wanted to come to me and apologize. And Beatrice literally told him no, and said: no need, just be careful next time.I asked Beatrice her and Alex's names, and she was only willing to give me hers, because she said:" I need to protect my new employee." After I insisted to ask her Alex's name, she wrote down their names on this paper. No business cards were given

Very bad and poor service from the technician, last week I had an appointment to go to the store because my airpods pro did not charge, the receptionists were very friendly and helpful and I only had to wait a few minutes for the technician to arrive. We assumed the problem with my airpods was related to the case (internal battery, port). Once the technician looked at them, she offered no options other than replacing the case and refused to offer any options other than paying the cost to replace the part which was 89 dollars.Not getting any more response from the technician, we left the store frustrated at not being able to pay the $89. However, before leaving, we on our own wanted to know if the case would react by charging it on a wireless charger from the same store, and oh! surprise!, the case started charging again!, and once we got home, the case charged again when I plugged it with the charger cable.In short, the technician did not have enough will to make a good diagnosis or lacked the knowledge to be an Apple Store technician.

Had a very very bad experience on replacing a front screen. We scheduled an appointment and show up on time but still need to wait for a while. That’s fine as long as we got our screen replaced. The first guy told us it would take one hour until the second technician came. After he put in all information he said it need 2 hours to be done. I asked if we will get a text for status update. He said No, you will need to come after two hours to check.After two hours hanging around, we came back to pickup the phone and was told the ETA is two hours later. I mentioned I was told to pick up at the time and just get “idk, it says that”. So we just left and wait for another 2 hours.At the time for pickup, was asked to show ID which was not mentioned in any of previous conversation. Fortunately I had it with me, but then when I get the iPhone, I was told that the phone has been reset!!! I was not told that they would do it, what if I didn’t have any backup for a while? And the person just said, that’s what we do when we do all repair (like I supposed to know that before I went). And after I got home I found that we had latest backup of last night on iCloud, but with all the data, it has been 12 hours and still have 50% to be restored. Such an amazing experience. Should’ve just use iFix and get the o pool home in a hour. Thank you the professional Apple staff at GSP for all the adventures I had today. Wish you the best of luck
