First off I love the brand. Fashion forward, great fabrics, colors on unique silhouettes. The service I experienced tonight was exceptional. The Manager went out of her way to assist me. it’s nice to know that customer service is not lost in today’s retail world. 10 out of 10 service.

Terrible shopping experience. I was saying the shirt was little bit expensive and the sales guy told me and my friend to buy one shirt together and share. Extremely rude and ridiculous. Will never come again.

I love Allsaints style which is why I shop there on the regular (nyc store and online), however, the people who work in this location are not very nice. They judge you on how you look and what you wear! I did not get a Hello or goodbye, they kept talking within themselves and when I tried to ask them a question they ignored me. One time I bought a purse (regular price, aroun $400) and the store clerk did not give me the dust bag it usually comes with, when I asked she said she didn't know I wanted one. I hope the manager sees this and hope the workers change their attitude. I was ready to splurge $$$$ but now I'll be taking my business somwhere else.
