Another 7-11 that doesn't offer 2-for deals on Pepsi and Monster. Cant trust their prices compared to quik Chek and other convenience stores.

The older guy who works there is always locking the door and missing in action. Usually I knock and he comes from out back and opens up and serves me. I came here at least 20 times and when it’s the young guy working then I never had an issue but when it’s the older guy…he is either closing the store early or in the back somewhere with the door locked …example tonight as I got there at 10:20 guess what the door was locked AGAIN…. he was still inside as lights were still on…again I knocked and he came out the back running like he was gonna open the door for me BUT instead he closed the lights and just waved no to me…then he grabbed his jacket came outside and left. Guy is super rude. He must be the OWNER because he don’t seem to care about his losing his job. This has been multiple times that I have come before 11 and the store was already closed. In the defense those few other times I came around 10:50 but it still should of been opened but it wasn’t. Tonight was final straw for me as I was there 40 min before closing and he was still there but refused to let me buy anything. This is BY FAR THE WORST 7-11 …actually by far the worst store EVER!!! I won’t be going back ever!!! I would give negative stars if I could because they aren’t even worthy of 1 star.

Tried to rip me off and charge me extra for red bull when they had a sale on it. Worst 7-11 I ever went too. Their air conditioning isn’t even working and the cashier was so rude to me. very dirty store , some time store close in after noon, som time store close around 10.15 pm ,store not working store hours time!!! employee always on phone , some time employee smoking out side store and customers waiting in side .

I come here everyday as it is close to where I live. Today, I used a "extra large" plastic cup that was located between the sodas and the iced coffee and said "iced coffee" on it. As I went to check out I noticed that the price seemed high and noticed I was charged an extra $1.62 for the coffee, I told the "manager" standing behind the register that he charged me twice and he said " I know because you got the wrong cup the cup is only for soda here" I proceeded to say you cannot do that, that your company is literally saying its for "iced coffee" ,"slurpee", "super big gulp". after arguing over this, he took the extra money off but continued to tell me that's not what the cups are used for. I said again " you cannot make the rules of what your corporate company states is coffee cups or any kind of cup that states what it should be used for LOL" BEST PART THOUGH- on both doors exiting/ entering the store, both have big large signs that say stay 6ft apart and wear you mask properly, along with a picture of how your mail should be wrong at all times. this "manager" began to make faces and was MOCKING me because I told him he needs to wear his mask properly like everyone else in the store was doing. HE THEN told me that he was vaccinated and it didn't pertain to him. this is when I got really offended- we are in a world wide pandemic and the rules of THE STORE HE RUNS clearly stated EVERYONE must wear a mask. he finally put it on until I was satisfied but took it down back below his nose when I turned my back to check. THIS IS A WORLD WIDE PANDEMIC WE ARE STILL LIVING IN AND WHEN A CUSTOMER HAS TO REMIND THE "MANAGER" TO WEAR HIS MASK PROPERLY AND MOCKS THAT CUSTOMER FOR ASKING SO THIS IS NOW A CORPORATE ISSUE. how dare the manager of a store ridicule a customer for wearing his mask properly, where the rules are given to the store he manages from a CORPORATE level, AND IS SHOWN CLEARLY BEFORE YOU WALK IN. Not only can't I believe he tried to charge me for an extra drink, because I used a cup that STATED "ICED COFFEE" but he didn't care for the health of the the customers around him. RL
