My company put a deposit down and we ended up going through a leasing company. We reached out to The Auto Store multiple times to see where our thousands of dollars went. The took our money but was never used towards the lease. Been about 8 months now and no word. Not a trusting company and by the way - the telephone number doesn't work now!

If I could I would rate the auto store 0 Stars I highly recommend not to buy a vehicle from them . I bought a Kia Sorento 2013 for from this car dealership I owend the vehicle for about 2 weeks brought it back cuz I noticed the transmission was slipping the vehicle also had other issues. His mechanical told me that the vehicle wasn't safe to drive. After I brought the vehicle back he putted me into a difference Kia Sorento 2014 this vehicle also has a transmission probelm and other issues .,.. the Phil the guy who sold me the Kia also was able to stick $3,000 into his pocket, he also never gave me the money back for the canceld warranty one the kia 2013 or 2012 , I've been waiting to get my money back for the last 2 months ....!!! There are definitely a lot of other car dealerships in New Jersey that would get you into a drivable vehicle..

I have never had such a bad experience as the nightmare I am living through after purchasing a vehicle from this place. Phil sold me a cargo van and did not tell me the vehicle ran on CNG! The vehicle was not what I thought it was and the manager is refusing to take the vehicle back. Furthermore, he shared that he currently has another vehicle on his lot that he is selling on consignment for another unhappy customer. Do your homework this place has very old reviews and there are too many sketchy things about this business. I will be filling a complaint with all consumer related agencies such as the FTC, BBB and my local congressman. I will also be retaining an attorney to solve this issue. Save yourselves the aggravation of dealing with a similar situation.

Called this dealership and they just answered with a hi instead of answering with the name of the dealership I was calling. Nobody came out to introduce themselves as I was looking at cars it was very informal. As I found a car and walked inside, I found out the car that I was looking at was sold. Very upset leaving this dealership.

Called multiple times after receiving a call from a very personable and friendly young lady about coming in to look at possibly getting a new vehicle and explained i would have to call back, but after trying to call and make an appointment and never get answered or return call, every call went to voicemail or said voicemail full. I will be looking elsewhere for a vehicle. Very disappointed after speaking to the lovely young lady from auto loans.

great experience, they made everything incredibly easy, love the car and extremely accommodating regarding some last details during the purchase. I had questions the day after, they were quick to help and more than accommodating (and it was info i already had!!) - great experience and thank you!

Its been my dream as a kid to own a 1996 impala
SS Impala and recently I've had the means to attempt to purchase one. I came very close a few months back but was told i couldn't finance due to where i lived. A few weeks ago i began to search again and came across the auto store offering my dream car at a fair price. Initially I spoke with Luke through email and he was very informative about the car and helpful with scheduling a test drive. When i visited the lot i was greeted by Mike who knew who I was before I even said anything because of the car i was looking at. At this point i remembered what the past dealer said about financing to PA residents and Mike said the auto store would figure it out. Now i sit here the proud owner of a 96 Chevy impala SS typing this review as my paper work is processed which didn't take long at all. They explained everything in detail including my loan and pyment structure, which was important being as though i was a first time buyer. The selection of cars on the lot is great too from newer models to classic cars such as my own and all at competitive prices.

My grandfather just bought a truck here from Kash Gill & had an amazing experience. Kash wasn’t pushy and made sure he was in and out. The paperwork was fast and everything was done quickly. I highly recommend this place and Kash for anyone looking for a great deal and even better customer service!

These guys tried to sell me a car they said had one minor accident. When I researched a vehicle I found it to have two accidents. The combination of damage done in the two accidents should have made this a salvage title vehicle. Basically the whole car was replaced, Yet they commanded top dollar. I don’t know where these other people shopped but it wasn’t where I went! I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.Can’t wait till I go out of business, they deserve it.
