“The person on staff when I went was super helpful with me getting pictures of the item boxed and sealed which I needed to send to the recipient. Not only that they were at the same time processing several other customers in an unexpected early morning rush.
I personally think management should make sure if this happens a lot that there’s two people on site. The staff member there handled all of us with professionalism and grace. Totally appreciate you.”

After going to multiple places that say they offer passport photos, like cvs and Walgreens just to find out when you arrive, that conveniently the person that does the photo is never working.
I googled passport photo near me and this place came up, yet it did not when I did I it on Google Maps.
Either way , the gentleman behind the counter was awesome. Walked in asked for a photo, 3 minutes later I was walking out with them in hand. Way better pricing than fed ex as well , only $13 for a set.
Will recommend everyone to go here for there services.”
“I have had the privilege and the pleasure of dealing with Postnet for over five years. I work in marketing and many times have had to deal with print shops, agencies etc. Postnet has always been there for me.
I can rely on them for notaries, package sending and printing and graphic design work. They have always been there for me and understand me and my life and business. Even if a mistake from a print shop happens- the owner Felice knows and immediately is there to fix the situation with grace and gratitude. Such a refreshing change from the big corporate places like FedEx and UPS.
They help with local community evants and their staff is always polite, professional and reasonable.

I was expecting a package (tracking #7400287136449) while I was on vacation. I contacted FedEx customer support several times to request a "vacation hold" to prevent the parcel from being delivered to an unattended location. Unfortunately, the representative I spoke with (whose name I did not catch) informed me that only the shipper (Apple Corporation, in this case) could make such a request. Despite my arguments that a vacation hold would be mutually beneficial, the agent remained firm in their decision.
After several attempts to achieve a vacation hold, I gave up. Imagine my surprise when, after three failed delivery attempts, I received a call from a FedEx employee at the nearest to my place location. This employee, Michelle, kindly asked when I would be able to pick up my package. Her thoughtful and professional handling of the situation was greatly appreciated.
I am very grateful to Michelle for her assistance. I am unsure if her actions align with FedEx policies, but her decision was convenient, reasonable, and considerate. I kindly request recognition of her efforts and would appreciate being informed of any actions taken in this regard.
Additionally, I would like to suggest that placing parcels on vacation hold might be more practical, economical, and environmentally friendly than attempting multiple deliveries. This is not a rhetorical question; I would appreciate a response from the management on this matter.

“OMG!!!!! This United States Post Office in Palmyra, NJ was sooooo on point!!!!! YES!!!! It was a bit busy but, Spencer, was handling and doing things to keep the customers moving!!! NOPE, don't know him but do LOVE the U.S. Postal service that we were provided today!!!!! YES!!!! Give Spencer, probably a long over due raise! It's clean inside, lots of information as soon as you walk in the door but I would recommend leave the inside closed door to the postal cashiers open for even air flow (just my opinion). I was in and out within minutes because while Spencer was working customer issues he acknowledged that I and others customers were waiting, called us over to keep us moving while he was multitasking to resolve another customer's issue. AWESOME JOB "Spencer" on a Saturday morning!!!Thank you Palmyra, NJ United States Post Office on a JOB and CUSTOMER service well done!!!!!YES!!!!!
