the dealership is very cheap when it comes time to trade your car in, but they wouldn't mind selling your car for $5,000 more then what they gave you for a trade in I understand they got to make money but come on people give people what they deserve, especially when it comes to people like myself that takes very good care of my car, very cheap when it comes to trade ins. I'll go somewhere else.

I recently bought a pre-owner Aston Martin from F.C. Kerbeck and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. My sales associate Chris Seig was fantastic from start to finish. I traveled 4 hours to look at the car and when I arrived Chris was prepared to review the car with me with all the information I had requested. He was professional, courteous and responsive to all my questions. Chris's manager was also very informative and professional. Just a great experience. I highly recommend visiting this impressive facility if you are in the market for any of their car lines. Jeff O.

Great selection of vehicles. Customer service is OK a great assortment of luxury cars and a little bit of everything in between. Definitely not the place to be if you have bad credit? maybe it’s just my experience, but there’s always different salesman like they switch up very often. Once I booked an appointment online, the salesman called to confirm the appointment then the next week I was told he didn’t work there anymore?

So SUS-PI-CIOUS !!!! They claim they started a policy, "last night" that any used car gets a hand written sign on it that says: "Previous Damage Repair $1000." And they want you to sign a waiver saying you know about it -- BUT they claim that there IS no previous damage , and NJ STATE LAW requires they post this sign on every used car. The damage is nowhere on the Carfax or on their shop records -- which you have to BEG to see. When you ask to see it, they say "I dont understand, what are you talking about." G-d I forgot how awful it was to be spoken to like I'm stupid and to be GASLIT and MANSPLAINED. I wouldnt go to this place without an armed guard, in my opinion they are DANGEROUS.

Upon arriving at F.C. Kerbeck in Palmyra New Jersey on Wednesday August 17, 2022, we were greeted by one of the sales associates. We explained that when we first purchased the 2014 GMC Acadia Denali back in 2016, we were very satisfied with that sale. Now we wanted to sell this same car back to Kerbeck because we're relocating and no longer needed a vehicle. Mind you now, this vehicle only had 88,850 miles on it after having it for 6 years. When we first purchased it from Kerbeck the mileage was 48,825. So in 6 years we only put 40,025 mile on the car which averaged a maximum 1400 miles per year driven over 6 years, which was very low mileage overall. Do you know that F.C. Kerbeck offered us $8,000 for the buy out. I found that very insulting. We left there went back to Philadelphia and was able to sell the same car for $17,150. Now look at what F.C.Kerbeck wanted us to settle for and what we actually sold the car for. Over double what F.C. Kerbeck offered. I will never go back to F.C. Kerbeck because they were very insulting to the fact of thinking we were desperate for a sell back. Oh well there loss and my gain.

Even i checked the availabilty of the car and sent me an email by justin that the car is at the dealership.i drove 40 minutes but they told me they hadn’t that car.

Credit should be given where credit is due, and this review is to do just that. My husband and I went to this dealership looking for a new lease and were assisted by Barnes Hutchins. He is one of the kindest and most patient car salesman we have met thus far. We have been car shopping for awhile and went to a ton of dealerships, but Barnes was by far the most personable and not pushy at all! He took his time in showing us options and really worked hard to meet our budget. We eventually met Denny, one of the managers, and he was just as kind and helpful. I can't say enough good things about this GMC except highly recommend it, and when you go, ask for Barnes or even Denny. You won't be disappointed! Thanks guys for exceptional customer service.

Horrible experience with then got a truck from them was looking to see to upgrade ok twice I went to the dealership and twice they wasted my time telling me vehicle I was looking at was sold both times they asked me to come down to look at the vehicle one of the times they said they sold the vehicle in 5 mins of me being in the showroom I will never go back to them and will let everyone I know not to go there

Very friendly people, but only an absolute nightmare trying to get any response in the parts dept. I got transferred four times was on hold for a total of 18 minutes and still did not get an answer I ended up ordering from another Bentley dealer.
