“Beautiful serene space. FYI - you enter through the back entrance. Go down the alley to the left of the building and the entrance will be on your right. For the Sunday morning session my experience was - you spend time listening to the instructor, then meditate, listen again, break up in groups to discuss your thoughts and meditate again. Really positive and welcoming experience”
“We will miss Father ChrisMy husband graduated from St Raymond’s school in 1962 and we were married there in 1973. Father Chris is amazing, and we enjoy attending Mass online just to hear his inspiring sermons. He has done so much for the parish and it’s upsetting that church policy will not allow him to remain there. We can easily follow him to St Cecilia’s online but the local parish cannot. I know that the church community is strong and they will survive but it will not be the same without Father Chris.”
“If you have a petition in your heart, or just need a space in solitude to pray, go visit, St Rita Shrine in Philadelphia. The shrine opens at 9:00 am. You can sense the sacredness once you walk into lower church. St Rita is known for the impossible prayers. Bring your prayers and petitions. There are confessionals during the day. The shrine has a gift shop on the premises. A young man by the name Michael is there to assist you with any questions. He is friendly and knowledgeable. ?P.S. She is unofficially the patron of baseball.Daily MassesMonday through Saturday8:00 a.m.12:00 p.m. NoonA Novena to Our Mother of Good Counsel is prayed after both Masses on Monday, and a Novena to Saint Rita is prayed after both Masses on Wednesday.”

There’s no question the pastor and the ministry team is operating with the Holy Spirit.Sadly many churches have Succumb to appealing to the world and deviating from true gospel.I would encourage those who are searching for the truth and opportunity to have a life changing experience to walk through the doors of PCC and see what happens in your personal walk in life. “The first thing I noticed when j walked in was how welcoming it was. There were no bogus expectations, there were no judgements, and the sermon focused on the teachings of Jesus and relationship with God.I was concerned at first that this church would not have enough conviction in the Gospel, but that is far from the case. I've never seen a church where so many of the members are involved in volunteer ministries that benefit the community.The church is very accommodating for the differently-abled, and has a diverse congregation. I'm very happy to call this group my home.”
“Its such a wonderful parish. We have been members, for many years. Since 2006, nearly 17 yrs. The priest, Fr. T. Kearns, is very nice, & knowledgeable. He will go out of his way to help you. The parish is run in a VERY family, organized manner. Fr. Brady lives in residence also, & is helpful also. Decon Mark is in charge of the CCD program, which my grandchildren attend. I highly recommend this program, along, with membership in the parish. Reach out to the rectory, & check out this wonderful, God fearing parish.. see pics from Christmas eve Mass we attended.. TY.
