I have called over several days and emailed this place trying to figure out why if I still have an active claim why I haven’t received payment in 2 weeks and I have yet to get a person on the phone or an email back

Repair of Infinity Pedal: These are great pedals. I have used them for 15 years, daily, 8+ hours a day. This is the first issue I've had with one that wasn't several years old (after which, yes, I have no issue replacing them). Jim communicated with me promptly and courteously, and fixed a defective pedal that I bought from a third party. Thanks for a great product and great service.

Bad customer service here. I called inquiring about my VEC Infinity pedal that cracked in the middle of the plastic body. I called to ask if they could fix it or send me a replacement part for the cracked plastic body and they said no, and that they do not fix the pedals either. The lady on the phone called these pedals consumable goods that just need to be replaced. Needless to say, I will never buy another product from VEC Electronics again.
