I went into this bank for the first time and the manager Chris was amazing, he was very helpful and detailed in his explanations of what my best options were when it came to what account i should open. Cant say enough good things about him!

Rude and obnoxious about how well they are doing. Chris, the employee who picked up the phone stated that they do not require a Korean-speaking employee there where there are 65% Koreans because they are doing well with their business. Plus, there are security issues the bank had in the past. Long waits while employees doing their thing and not serving the clients waiting. No benefits except parking lots and location. Good luck.

This is not a bank.
From Manager Chris who is so irresponsible and incompetent to the staff, they all seem like fraudsters.
He doesn't say that everything has nothing to do with him.
Even 1 star is not worth it.

Excellent service!! Christopher Andres especially greeted me when I came in, was attentive, polite and very professional and helped me with my bank loan and all my questions. He's definitely an asset to the company. This is a great bank to go to!!

I recently had a highly disappointing and frustrating encounter at the Santander Bank branch in opening my second business account, which also marked my fifth account overall with the bank. Unfortunately, this visit has solidified my decision to never return to this particular branch again.After making an appointment to open an account at the end of last week, I arrived promptly on Monday morning at the scheduled time, expecting a smooth and professional experience. However, instead of being greeted with a warm welcome, I was met with rudeness and unprofessional behavior. To my disbelief, one of the bank employees shouted across the room that both bankers were overbooked, as if it were my fault for arriving at the appointed time.This blatant lack of respect and consideration was utterly unacceptable. I couldn't help but wonder how they had determined that my appointment would not be fulfilled even before the other patrons had arrived. It was evident that proper planning and organization were sorely lacking at this branch.Feeling both frustrated and disrespected, I left the bank with my account unopened and without a new appointment. This experience was not an isolated incident, as I have encountered previous frustrations with this particular branch in the past. Regrettably, it appears that the bank's poor service and disregard for customer satisfaction are deeply ingrained.As a customer who has entrusted Santander Bank with multiple accounts, I expected a higher level of professionalism and efficiency. Unfortunately, my expectations were not met, and I was left with a sour taste in my mouth. Opening a business account should be a straightforward process, but the incompetence displayed by the branch staff only served to hinder my progress.Needless to say, I will not be returning to this Santander Bank branch (so sad because it is literally a 2 minute drive from my home). I find it disheartening that a financial institution of their caliber fails to prioritize customer service and maintain the basic principles of professionalism. If Santander Bank wishes to retain its loyal customers and attract new ones, a serious reevaluation of their branch operations and customer service standards is imperative.My experience at Santander Bank in attempting to open my second business account was marred by an unfulfilled appointment and the disrespectful behavior of the bank staff. This branch's poor service and lack of professionalism have led me to sever ties with them indefinitely. I sincerely hope that they take my feedback to heart and strive to improve their customer experience in the future.

Anybody of color or even with A business , please do not open an account or bank here ! This branch lacks in any amount of care and compassion for Black People or POC .On Monday June 5,2023 at approximately 9:30pmI had deposited $250 in the ATM machine, and it did not post , it completely took my money and left me with a deficit.Immediately I had to think quick on my feet & call the police to file a complaint with a police report, to have a paper trail and proof of evidence.The next day June 6,2023 at approximately 10am I was escorted by a police officer to Santander bank to speak with the Manager by the name of “ ETI SHULI”Might I note : Whom didn’t even want to give me her full government name , I basically had to force her hand because she was displaying such resistance .Stating that she couldn’t do anything , which I disbelieve, B/c you are the “MANAGER” you should have some authority or pull to provide a sense of ease to this situation.Tho she “Couldn’t “ her demeanor displayed she “WOULDN’T”Even me explaining my second experience to her regarding the ATM , where last month it took my card and didn’t give it back & now it took my money and didn’t post on my account ,ETI SHULI did not display any sense of compassion or willingness to do more .I even asked her to please check the camera to confirm I indeed input money in the account just to have a correlation with customer service to confirm that transaction took place , to Expedite the claim I order to get my money back quickly, she refused , while standing with her arms folded, scolding at me.What type of customer Service is this , what schemes are being done at this Branch ?I wonder had I been white , or looked the same as her skin, would she had been a little bit more delicate with this situation , and did a little bit more in doing her due diligence or giving the client (ME) a peace of mind, observing my emotional state and being aware that this puts me at a great inconvenience and disadvantage.This is the first week of the month where bills need to be paid & I have a family to provide for .This is preposterous!! And a bad reputation for the company entirely not just by my experience at the ATM , but how I was Improperly Treated and dismissed by ETI SHULI .NEVER AGAIN ! Soon as I am Credited my Full Amount I will be closing my Business account IMMEDIATELY!And persuading everyone I know , on any and every platform to do the same and never Bank here !DO NOT BANK HERE AT THIS BRANCH !!This was an unfortunate experience for me & I pray that hopefully others will read this and deter away !DO NOT BE THE NEXT VICTIM !!

I meant to review this bank long ago. They are fantastic. They helped me out so much. The customer service is stellar and Destiny is amazing. The whole staff is courtesy and they go above and beyond. I would never switch. Highly recommend.

I 've paid my mortgage every month.I always paid it on time but every month santander bank chargedl late fee to me .I don't know how many times I've been to this bank because of this problem.Don't go Santander bank !!!!Don't use Santander bank!!!Santander bank is crazy.

HSBC, my bank for over twenty years, recently closed down in the US, so I opened a checking account at Santander. I opened the account online, then went to their nearby bank branch in Palisade Park to cash the check from HSBC. I also asked them to remove my middle name, which I entered by mistake online, and regretted adding, because it makes my name too long and I never use it. I also asked for a credit card.The credit card was denied–Experian stated that my house mortgage payments were too high for my salary. My husband has a high paying job and he covers our mortgage; we have two young children and my work is part-time. I don't know how anyone gets a credit card with such criteria…But that is not why I am writing this review. Last Monday my debit card with Santander was denied in two stores, so I called the branch. After having been drilled on my identity for a while, I was told that my account was closed down, and could not be reopened under any circumstances. There was mention of a letter that I hadn't replied to with a question about my middle name. I never received a letter with a request. I never got a call, or an email, about closing down my account. No warning. I had to scramble to let my work know where to send my paycheck, and undo three months of linking all my online payments to my new checking account.If I had not called them, I would not even have known that the account was closed. Customer service at its lowest level... What are they thinking?!

I want to give minus stars to this place. I visited here to open a new account.There was a man waiting before me, and I was waiting in turn. After about 20 minutes of waiting, a woman arrived, then an employee greeted her and asked a few questions, and the employee escorted the woman and man to the banker.I waited another 10 minutes. Nothing happened. I didn't even feel worth being mad at them.Rather, thanks for that I was NOT opening my account at a bank like this. They don't seem interested new customers.
