Such a nice owner and beautiful products! I always find such great quality items and receive great service when I get gifts for my in-laws or need decorative items for events.

This is the place through which I did "paebek" for my wedding, got a bedding set, and rented my kids' first birthday "dol" hanbok. I've enjoyed all their services. Their prices are very reasonable and the people are not pushy, but accommodating. I'd definitely recommend this place!

Good selection of blankets and hanbok. Owners were kind and not rude as indicated in other reviews

This place seems like a one stop shop for korean weddings, including tradition ceremony, traditional clothing rentals, and ttaditiobal gifts for the families. I was there for a consultation about traditional ceremony and found the owner couple to be very unhelpful and obviously not interested in my business. I that wasn't enough to turn me away, when I saw the quality of the clothing for rental, I was sure I didn't want to use them. There's another place near by called THE HANBOK which is so much nicer with the nicest and most helpful people.

I was a total wreck because we were left without a venue the night before the ceremony. The staff at Rose Bedding were extremely professional, funny, comforting, and courteous. They went through a quick tutorial for my fiance and I so we would know what to expect. The ceremony itself was intimate and beautiful. Completely recommend these guys for your paebaek ceremony.

Shaaaady. Went here to purchase a gift. They quoted me one price and rang me up for a higher price. When I asked why the higher price they denied quoting me original lower price and said must be the heat affecting my memory. What?! Never coming here again. I've always had a bad feeling about this place but their shady business practices proves it. If you need a hanbok go to The Hanbok in Fort Lee. You'll find quality and genuine customer service there. Anywhere but here!

I bought a nice traditional Korean dress for my 5 year old daughter. Very nice people who were very helpful. Found parking right away on Broad Ave since its farther down. The woman who helped my daughter found her size was very patient and smiled the whole time. I give the place 2 thumbs up!

I got a Korean hanbok here and it is gorgeous. It was custom made for me for $500 on sale, they're usually $700. Pricey, but for my wedding. We also ordered some lovely shoes to match for $50. Compared to other hanbok places, it was a great price, especially for custom made one. They carry many other Korean items here like blankets, pillows, etc. I find them to be very expensive. While I consider them overpriced, I guess it's because they're imported. The service was nice and friendly, but when my mother in law wanted to make a small change to the ribbon color on her hanbok, very small, they were trying to charge her $50. When you're already charging $500, why try to overcharge for a small change? That was my only negative, but enough to dock a star.

I went to Rose Bedding to buy a hanbok for my son's first birthday party. My mother is Korean so I brought her along just in case I needed a translator. Well, as it turned out I didn't need my Mom to translate for me. The two people that helped us were very kind and extremely patient with me. It took 30 minutes to choose the one I wanted because there was quite a selection. Plus my 2 year-old was running around and they were really tolerant of that. They were just really nice and the prices were very reasonable for the hanbok and all of the accessories. I would definitely recommend them and I will be shopping there again.

if i could give this place 0 stars, or better yet negative stars i would. this place is beyond "taking your money and running away with it" they completely ad utterly stole our money without going into too much detail, we booked them for an event contingent upon that they provide us with ticket of insurance for the venue. they said that they needed the full amount paid (never ever heard of that. usually a place will need a deposit of some sort and then you pay the day of the event ) but we were desperate and not really wanting to look elsewhere.plus it was only about 3 weeks from our event and we were pressed on time, so we just went with what they said. we booked and paid in full. well, a few days before our event, new york as well as new jersey and others got hit with a major hurricane. (aka MAJOR natural disaster) we asked to be refunded or rebooked for a different day because 1) they never ever provided the ticket of insurance to our venue that they promised even though the venue manager harassed them like every day about it, as well as me calling nonstop. we were told by the venue that if they couldn't provide that, we could not use them. Rose bedding kept saying "yes, we will provide proof of insurance (LIES) 2) a major natural disaster had hit beyond our control. we only booked them less than 3 weeks (they claimed "well it's already been 3 weeks and you already paid us in full. then i was sobbing on the phone, begging that they take the fact that a huge portion of east coast was hit with a hurricane and to have a little bit of compassion and at least refund half ..they said they could not refund us anything, not even a penny were Jane Lee's (aka president of rose bedding -what a joke!) exact words. because they had already ordered the food for the event (really, you already made the korean rice cakes 4 days before the event when in the initial consulation and grabbing our money, her and her son claimed "we make everything fresh, that morning of the event" so with no money back, or even rebooking, and a hurricane to deal with, this Jane Lee woman and her son have zero heart. I will never ever be using their services nor getting anything from them. they are so quick and will say anything to get your money and claim that they need the amount paid in full. they are the lowest of low business people and they should be reported to the BBB

My Mother-in-Law ordered her own wedding hanbok here, years ago. It still looks lovely in the photos, many years later, which is a testament to the classic/timeless sort of looks offered by Rose Bedding. More recently, she ordered a new hanbok to wear to my wedding (to her son) in 2011. I found it equally beautiful, and she had compliments left and right all night long. The staff here is very detail-oriented and kind, and will work with you based on your vision. They were very patient about walking me through the process of dressing, from petticoat to jeogori to otgoreum. 5 stars, even from this non-Korean daughter-in-law. :-)
