The owners son is rude and judgmental. But guess what he’s a pill counter not a doctor. In fact, this rude young kid has a machine that counts the pills for him so the next time he judges me for the medication I’m taking, he should keep his mouth shut.

I was trying to find a heating pad for my pain, but the pharmacist - who was short and wearing glasses - told me a Lidocaine patch instead, saying that it was the "hot patch," which is different. Although he's not a doctor, he's good at diagnostics and knows what I need. I found his advice and help to be very helpful. I wanted to say thanks to the pharmacist for his assistance.

GREAT FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS! My Husband and I live in near by Bogota, but we are very happy to have been referred to Richard's Pharmacy for our Covid 19 booster shots, via the NJ State online referral service 'where to go for COVID vaccines' because Frank, the proprietor of the store, and the pharmacist who gave us our booster shots, has a very efficient and thorough set up there to receive patients, to be seated while waiting, to be handled professionally, and treated very cordially. A very good experience, no long lines waiting, young assistant employees very helpful also. Everyone working there is also masked, so I felt secure while in the store. PLUS the metered parking was right in front of the store, and cost only 75cents (but the meter requires your car license plate, and no physical receipt, so best to plug it, as they do check those meters in Palisade Park on a regular basis to protect their commercial establishments. Five stars for sure!

I’ve been visited here to take my 2nd booster. It’s Very convenient location where I live from and no waiting. Also I received good advice on other vaccines. I felt the pharmacy is a real good old fashioned pharmacy. In these days, most pharmacys are like Walmart/CVS, disappeared those good real pharmacy in the town. One thing I was uncomfortable was that they requested my SSI. I was almost getting out from this pharmacy when they requested my SSI. But the pharmacist said that he will not misuse and it’s been needed to my insurance’s pharmacy plan, then I trusted him. But still doesn’t understand the reason that he requested it. Because my 2nd booster appointment been made by state government and the coordinator informed me that she marked me as uninsured. So no need to bring my health insurance card. But they requested my health insurance card. And I gave them my health insurance card information. So I’m not sure that this pharmacy takes uninsured patients. If reader who has no insurance, be informed.

The owners wife is extremely rude, always an attitude. Find another pharmacy unless you like to be given an attitude for no reason. Was a customer for 2 years her attitude never changes. Avoid this pharmacy if you can.

I got a booster shot here at Richard’s Pharmacy and had a great experience. They asked me questions about the previous shots and took down all my information. It was a quick process from when I walked in to when I left. It was very clean and everyone was very personable.
