This is a place where all your nerdy, anime loving dreams come true. Staff is very nice and helpful all the time. Overall a great place to shop for your nerdy/geeky crafty needs.

Best gunpla and Bandai store I’ve ever seen in the United States hands down. They also have extremely helpful and kind customer service. I’ve called their office a few times with issues and they’ve been awesome

Just recently delved into the hobby of gunpla and model making, and was really impressed by this store. LOTS of selection on both floors, from different shows, games and anime. Didn't know what to expect on my drive over there, but I will definitely be going back. The cashier at the front was really nice and helpful and answered all my questionsAlso I found quite a few models that were cheaper than what I found online or at stores in the mall.Overall, 5 stars and I will be going back soon

Talk about selection!I could have easily spent way more than I did when I went but I had to show some self restraint haha ?.Fantastic selection of gundams, other models, and all sorts of memorabilia/ displays for anime and other shows.So much to see I could have stayed for hours. Loved the display shelves too. Was able to see some of the gundams I was thinking about before buying.Only thing I didn't like was that there weren't price tags on everything. Some stuff did have it though. Luckily I was spurging but if you are on a specific budget it does make it hard to look around without having to keep going up to the register.Otherwise great ecperience!

Its a nice place. Very organize and clean. There's an apparent men's perfume like air freshener. It smells good but it's too strong for me. Definitely a good place for gundam figure collectors, there's also figures for anime characters and life size blue sword in SAO or usui tengen's weapon in demon slayer. Plenty of accessories for building your figures. Nice ambiance overall.

staff is super unhelpful and rude. specifically the guy with the glasses. i asked him a simple question and they made it seem like engaging with customers wasn't their job. gave me an attitude for no reason. probably will never go back. please teach your staff proper customer etiquette. also everything is overpriced.

Drove two hours from philly as a date with my girlfriend and I got greeted by unwelcoming staff members. I expressed how much I love Gundam and was excited on how the cool the store was but the staff wasn't helpful at all. They will walk back of house to put the kits away but will not show you where the kits are with out being weird. Upstairs have prices on the toys. But the gundam kits doesn't. They don't have the price label on the gundam kits and you have to bring it up to the cash register to check the price which the staff gives the customer an attitude every time you check the price. I spent $250 here to support toys and (bought two kits) and only got one cool zeku sticker. I ask may I have another one and they was trying to charge me for it saying that the sticker is only with every purchase with a gundam kit. It made me wanted to return my kits and repurchase them for the free stickers. Like I'm Asian American and been to japan with the amazing customer service and these people making a profit selling Japanese products It would be great getting the same amazing customer service.

One of my favorite US retailers to buy imported anime figures from. I have not been to the physical store but I have ordered stuff from their online catalog. Their website is well organized. It is the little details that earns them my loyalty as a repeat customer. The newsletter that they include with their mascot is cute. Not to mention they threw in a sticker too!

Superb customer service, both online and in-store. If you are within driving distance or are in the area on trip, please consider stopping in and supporting this establishment. The warehouse is clean, organized, spacious, and a joy to walk through. They have a HUGE stock of kits, figures, tools, accessories - more than any other brick and mortar store I have ever seen outside of Japan. Anime and Gunpla Twitch streams are projected onto the second floor wall for your enjoyment and the latest J-pop, K-pop, and anime theme songs are streaming while browsing. Gundam Planet is the real deal - it's not just a retail store, it's an experience shared by people who love the hobby.
