Let me just say this. This place is only called a hand wash, but its worse than an automatic car wash. Even when they wash the car after washing it, there are still foreign substances, and even after washing the car, there are bird droppings and fingerprints all over the place. This is their way of washing the car, which they call a hand wash.

It is an absolutely amazing place! The people are really kind, and the owner is super understanding guy. When he saw I was in a big pickle, he helped me out immensely. Also, they all do a fantastic job on the car. I almost thought my brother in law's car was new when he came back from the car wash. If you go here, you will never be disappointed!

There was a scratch on my new car, so I went to the repair shop. They told me to go to this car wash and asked them to remove the scratch, and the scratch was really gone on the car. A friend named Hwan did a really thorough job. I am also satisfied with the price. The service was very, very good.

Great car wash at a very reasonable price! Better than most expensive car wash in the area. No wonder why there is always a waiting line. Highly recommended.

The owner is a complete nut case. He was screaming in my face putting his fingers in my face did a horrible job on my car and wouldn’t give me my money back. They left hair, finger print marks on the windows. DONT COME HERE. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED $25 for a horrible car wash. Spots all over my car and this guy is nuts. We are not in Korea, this is America!!!!!

Don't leave the detailing to you. First of all, the boss does not understand the concept of detailing, and when he raises a problem, he defers it to the worker. They said the work would take 5 hours, but on the day they changed their minds, they said the customer's car would only be good if enough time was given, so I left it in for the whole day. The wax stains remain intact throughout the car. Inside, dust still remains in the corners, and the floor carpet is also not clean. Polishing is also not a neat job. The quality of work doesn't seem to be proportional to time. There are other details, but I think the article will be long, so I'll end it here. I paid $260 for the work, $20 in tips, and a total of $280. Just give us a $25 hand car wash. This company is just right.
