The team walks you through everything that they will do and provide you updates along the way. They are honest with the turn around time as well which I thought was so helpful! I work remote and they gave me an area to be able to work while the worked on my car.

“These guys are the best! My sister took her car through a local car wash and left with dried bumps of wax all over the car. She didn't realize the damage until it rained the next day. I drive past Fanatix every day, and suggested she stop by. What a difference! When she took it in, the car felt like sand paper and you could barely see through the windshield at night. “Exceptional service! It was my first time doing a car detail because there was something spilled in my car and had an odor as if something died. I literally thought that they would vacuum and remove the scent.Long story short, Mr.B and his crew left my car BRAND NEW! It exceeded anything that I was thinking for my first detailing. They got every crevice and nook on the inside and I’m simply just in shock at how clean, my car was inside and out. They even gave me a mat because I couldn’t even dirty the inside ? “Always a great experience when I come here. I get the inside and outside wash. The guys are detail oriented and thorough (they take out mats, close and clean cup holders, etc). They are more thorough than other hand wash car washes near by. Definitely recommend!”
