(Translated by Google) He gave the wrong item and went to change it, but he treats the customer as a liar because he said that was not the case.(Original)본인이 물건 잘못주고 바꾸러 갔더니 본인이 그럴일 없다고 손님 거짓쟁이 취급하네요.

The place is terrible… and I say this unfortunately with multiple experiences. I use Korean skin care products and this shop is located at a convenient place to visit for me. However I am really done with the place. I will never go back. This place sells a lot of outdated products from old inventory. The products you buy are very likely not in production in the market anymore. They sell remaining products that are out of line at this point, which grants no refund policy. No matter how valid your reason might be and even if the product hasn’t been even touched, they will not give you a cash refund. The representative keeps insisting that she does not know so the customers should speak to the owner. The owner is never reachable. Tried multiple attempts and never returned a call/text. If you follow up with a rep, she would say that there is nothing she can do and the owner is too busy to give a call back for two weeks. This must be some sort of joke and it is intentional way to just tire out customer. It’s a cheap shot.. If there’s nothing she can do, she can at least be kind. She just stares at you hoping you would just leave. I think people should be really informed before they decide to make any purchase at the place. If you are willing, go for it and good luck.

I bought a Laneige lotion from the Amore shop. When I check to see it, I saw the container was broken. I went back the same day to exchange it. Amore REFUSED and tried to blame me! I will never buy anything from them again. Please learn American customer service, we treat customer like they are the lifeline of our business.

Such a terrible experience I had with customer service. The employee is very disrespectful and rude. She has no manners! She knows how to irritate a customer and make one feel upset!

Worst customer service! The woker (lady) is rude and disrespectful, has no manner at all! She needs proper training. She is ruining business-customer relationship. Feel sorry for the owner.

Definitely positive is that it is open on Sundays and offers parking. Pricing is competitive and staff is nice.

I heard a lot about the Hera air cushion so I visited the store. When I told the sales lady what I was looking for, she kindly told me about the Iope air cushion. At first I was reluctant to purchase a product I didn't know much about but she reassured me and told me that I wouldn't regret buying it. Also, Iope is much cheaper than Hera so I knew that she wasn't just trying to sell me something more expensive. I love the Iope air cushion; it is everything the sales lady said and more. It does an absolutely marvelous job at covering my freckles and giving my skin an even tone. I am definitely coming back once I finish using all of the product.

Was looking specifically for the laniege pore control bb cushion going into this store. The sales lady kept showing me the Iope cushion..... I kept repeating what I was looking for and got nowhere. So I picked up the laniege cushion myself but it was in the original formula. She tried to convince me that it was also "pore controlling".... but I read the label and packaging, it was definitely the original version. Laneige is already a more expensive brand than others so I wasn't about to spend money other bb cushions that I didn't research before hand. (I'm well aware that the IOPE cushion is pretty well recommended but it wasn't what I was looking for.) Ultimately left the store with nothing.

Do not get your make-up done here. My mother and aunt both got their make-up done there and both looked like kabuki dolls when they left. Their foundations did not match their skin tones so they looked pale as ghosts which was very noticeable against their neck and chest. They both requested for two different looks, but walked out of there looking like they had the same makeup on, and not good makeup at that! It was not age appropriate, meaning they had glitter all over their faces and they are in their 60's! Save your time and money.
