Trained here a few times, most recently their new BJJ program. It was great. The instruction was very high level. I’m definitely coming back!

My son loves it! He's only 9 and they keep him engaged. It's an extremely fun atmosphere at the same time they teach discipline, and very important life skills. Also the classes are great for fitness.

Everyone at the Golden Rule has been great. The leadership, the communication, and the progress I see from my children. All the sensei(s) work together to bring the children to success!
