“After days and hours trying to diy a wedding party invitation on line, I decided to pull a Willie Nelson/Johnny Cash. Know when to hold and know when to fold. Seeking a local invitation company , I was fortunate to find Lauren at D’Amore Jewelry on Anderson Avenue in Fort Lee. Parking was easy and the store amazing. Dazzling. However the real Gem was Lauren who helps you configure your invitation needs professionally and personally. I give her a lot of credit for her patience and the knowledge she brings to this arduous and complex task. Her input was great and the selection was amazing. The pricing was reasonable. MOST couples are overwhelmed and nervous at this point but Lauren is understanding and rock steady and follows up promptly. Lean on Lauren, she is the real GEM at D’Amore. “In February I received a loan against my Rolex from here. He offered me a very fair loan considering the watch's movement needs to be repaired. I needed some more time on the loan so I went in today which I thought was the last day I had to pay the interest and receive a new ticket. The two ladies there were very friendly to me and told me not to worry that the owner makes every effort to work with you so you don't lose your item due to a hardship and told me to just call them if a situation occurs. “I had sent my watch in for repairs. They were very prompt in sending me the estimate. I sent out my money order to have it repaired. My money order was lost in the mail. When I contacted the company, Croton's employee, David, was extremely helpful. He explained what I needed to do. He followed up with prompt e-mails and phone calls. After sending in another money order, the repair was completed in a timely manner, David was kind enough to send me the tracking information and he followed up to ensure that I received the watch. It looks great, and David is definitely an asset to Croton Watch Group.”
