Showed up here at 3:55pm on Saturday 12-28 (normal close is 4pm). Door was locked. Young man inside waived me off as if to tell me they were closed. I continue to knock and he turned out the lights. A few minutes later at 358pm another guy came to the door reluctantly after shouting through the glass that they were closed. He came out and said we were really busy so we had to lockup early. He offered to let me in in a smug tone of voice. I took my packages to Paramus to make sure that they were delivered properly. Didn't trust these two employees after that encounter. These guys just wanted to get home early! Lazy and poor customer service. If you are open till 4pm the door stays unlocked until 4pm!

Only UPS I trust with dropping off my packages for my business. I’ve been a customer for 4+ years and the staff is always helpful and friendly. If you have a problem when you come here it’s you because they make everything extremely easy for you and even have a kiosk where you can scan your drop offs if you don’t want to wait in line. If it’s not busy they even help you to your car with your boxes.

I constantly go to this UPS for various errands, and while they are quite busy the services are fast and the employees are always really nice. On several occasions I've seen them deal very patiently and kindly with cranky customers, even helping carry stuff out to their cars.

When I was in the parking lot at the UPS Store with a 67 lb package, a UPS driver saw me struggling. The driver walked over and picked up the package and carried it into the UPS store for me. Although he was a uniformed UPS driver he was not an employee of the specific UPS Store I was going to. It was very thoughtful and memorable for that driver to have assisted me that way. I love UPS.
