VERY RUDE PHONE OPERATOR "SHERRI", REFUSED TO CINNECT ME TO SALES REPRESENTATIVE, HUNG UP ON ME. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!
Called their phone number, got connected to "SHERRY".. I explained to her that I would like to talk to someone from RCA CAPITAL Sales Team with some questions about the projects they fund.
I provided my first name and when she asked for my last name, I told her I wished not to be providing my last name and she already got my first name and I dont want to waste anyones time if I find out right away talking go Sales Rep that it wouldnt work. Also, I dont think Company needs my first name to answer basic question about what types of loans they provide. It is called privacy and providing your someone with info rhey dont need at that time.
She replied that IF YOU DONT PROVIDE ME WITH YOUR LAST NAME I WONT CONNECT YOU WITH ANYBODY". Afterthat I told her she already had my first name and she wouldnt need my last name for me to ask few simple questions.
She then stated: I WONT CONNECT YOU WITH ANYBODY. When I asked Why is that,she said BECAUSE I DONT WANT TO. I then asked about her first and last name so that I can send a feedback to the company and she refused to provide her last name. This was the most rude person with the worst attitude I have dealt with in a very long time. I would recommend this company to train their phone operators better and perhaps employ people who dont sound on the phone like you are bothering them and have an attitude of priviliged 20-year old who the caller owes simething to.
Good luck getting new clients, I will take my projects elsewhere.
Hopefully this review will give other prospective clients a better idea of the quality of a company you might be dealing with!

Had several loans that were with high interest rates and was referred to RCA by a friend. They literally beat every lenders offer I got. On top of that, They walked me through the stressful process step by step, went above and beyond to answer all my questions, we’re organized every step of the way so when the banks asked for a document it was ready to go and I was prepared for it, and made the whole process seamless. On top of that they saved me a HUGE amount of money. Don’t go anywhere else, RCA is hands down the best.

I own a real estate brokerage and only use/refer RCA Capital for commercial deals. Every deal is different. There are so many lenders and types of programs...and every lender offers a different program depending on the type of deal. I don't have to worry about that with RCA. They save you time (and money), matching you with the best financing program.
