Real and honest review. I do not like m&t I think that there are way better banks. However the members at this branch are the absolute best and if you're going to deal with a bad bank like m&t I would deal with this branch.

Excellence ! Jaime Mezzina was very helpful and proactive. She walked me through the whole process of my banking needs and she made it easy to understand step by step. She was always available and she answered all of my questions. Her knowledge and expertise combined with joyful nature is a blessing. I could not say enough good things about my experience working with Jaime. Highly Recommended.

A nice branch with a very personal touch. They threw a surprise birthday party and had a cake for my 90 year old dad..as he is a regular customer and knows the tellers well. They went out of their way with such a nice gesture!
