Spectrum Physical Therapy has been an amazing experience for me. I came in with a strained levator, and left with more than just a healed neck. I left having made new friends, close connections with the staff, and a warm place that I enjoyed visiting twice weekly. The staff are some of the kindest people that I've met, and the therapy plans provided to patients are quite effective. I worked with Dr. Mike Arocho, who is one of the most down-to-Earth people I've ever come across. He is knowledgable and impressive. He, alongside the aids that I worked with, really made my recovery an enjoyable one. I am thankful for Spectrum PT and would recommend the location.

From the moment I walked into the lobby I was greeted by a friendly professional person who answered all my questions. The therapists was very knowledgeable and attentive. I highly recommend spectrum physical therapy!

The physical therapists are quite good, had several over the years. The owner is very professional and the facility room that we work out in is clean. The blond hair receptionist has a not very welcoming rude personality and I’d be somewhat tempted to actually try another PT center because of her, but with the price of gas I stay local with this place.

My experiences with Spectrum Physical Therapy was exceptional. Josh and Alicia were very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I was very happy with my progress and results. The staff was very friendly, and created a comfortable atmosphere. I would recommend this practice to my friends.

A year ago, I’d severely injured the tendon in my right thumb. I’d gone to the orthopedist and gotten steroid shots to alleviate the trigger finger that had developed. I was told the next step would be surgery. Going back to the crazy things I do…excessive gardening, etc…by last December my thumb was so stiff and painful, I couldn’t even open a doorknob, hold a pen, turn a key…many things we take for granted. Even worse for me, I couldn’t do any arts and crafts, baking, sewing, and eventually gardening!In January, trying to avoid surgery, I sought out a local chiropractor who suggested I try physical therapy at Spectrum Physical Therapy in Old Tappan, Dr. Greg Zaccone. What a godsend!Today is my last appointment there! After four months of pt with exercises and treatment by Dr. Zaccone, I am totally back to everything I could do before! (I need to be cautious and not overdo as I am prone to do, but I am fully functioning again! Dr. Zaccone has given me guidance and exercises to avoid reinjury.Over the years I have been to a number of pt facilities throughout Bergen County. The atmosphere, professionalism, compassion, and attention at this one is truly among the very best. The staff and Dr. Greg are wonderful.They also have a facility in Edgewater.So, happily I can give them TWO thumbs up! With my utmost appreciation!

I was referred to Spectrum PT by a relative who had been rehabbing with them for sometime. When first arriving (to treat a shoulder injury), we were immediately greeted by Dr. Greg. He was very friendly and gave a very thorough analysis of what needed to be done. After about 3 months of rehab, my shoulder is pain free! Thank you Spectrum PT for all your help!

I recently had a total knee revision on my left knee because of a recall on the initial prosthesis. My surgeon at HSS actually asked me where I was going for therapy because the progress is AMAZING and he praised Spectrum for doing a FANTASTIC job!My husband, my sister and myself trust no other physical therapy facility, Spectrum is the best!!!!!Also the staff is very knowledgeable and caring. I give it 10 stars!!!!!

Everybody at Spectrum Physical Therapy is terrific. The establishment is clean comfortable and relaxed. Mike, Greg and all of the assistants are kind, sincere, understanding, knowledgeable and really listen to u . They are always checking on you while u do your exercises. I highly recommend Spectrum .

The staff at Spectrum Physical Therapy should get a TEN star review. From the front door, you get a sense of how great this place is about. My therapist truly designed a program that is challenging and leads to meeting my goals. He takes the time to listen to my concerns and more often, my jokes. Going to therapy is something I look forward to. The assistants never stop!! They are always cleaning the machines, tables, materials patients use and checking on everyone. Such a comfortable environment to rehab and get strong.

At first contact the staff at Spectrum should get a TEN STAR rating. I have been working with Michael who is a fantastic physical therapist. He designed a program that is challenging and productive for each visit. I look forward to going and working with him. He's caring and funny too. The assistants are ALWAYS busy. They are super friendly and clean everything from the machines to each tool patients use for their therapy. It's non-stop but they make time to check in with you while you are working on your program. I give Dr. Mike a thumbs up 10! This is a feel good gem in Old Tappan. Flexible hours and top notch professional care.

I went to Spectrum on a recommendation and was more than pleasantly satisfied. I have been to other physical therapists so I know what to compare.Spectrum is a very professional service provider and flexible with scheduling.Colleen is my therapist and is the best! Huge improvement in my hand flexibility...I probably do not need therapy any more, but I so enjoy and it actually feels good so I will continue my sessions.Thank you Colleen!!

I have been receiving physical therapy at Spectrum to strengthen my shoulders prior to surgery. Dr. Breslin and her team are very hands on in my care. i'm on my second rehab mission with Spectrum. First go round was for a knee replacement and second for rotator cuff. The knee went well and confident the shoulder will have the same results. It's all about results in a reasonable time period to return to normal life routines. Well done.
