Lori and Sose imagined my dream ring, before I even imagined it myself! Designing it from my own diamonds and somehow, during the process, found what I love and what I so desperately needed! It was such a cathartic experience of letting some beautiful things go so I could gift to myself a STUNNING ring that is ME! Totally ME! (plus a sexy bracelet I did not know needed to be on MY wrist!) When someone you love dies, and gifts to you jewelry that they loved and treasured, do you hang on to it because of THEIR attachment to it? Or do you dig deep, and realize that the person who loved you unconditionally, for 54 years, would want you to have something that YOU treasure, that YOU love, and wear every day that keeps their memory and their love close to you in your heart? My mom is smiling down from Heaven, she knows I needed this….and I am beaming too!!! Thank you Lori & Sose….Love you both! XOXO And a very special shout out to Sose’s parents, Mr. & Mrs. Massoyan, who are the cutest couple I have ever met, who made me feel like I was family too!

I’ve been a customer of massoyan jewelers since I was 12. I had a ring cut off that was too small, and the rest is history. They always go above and beyond to give me exactly what I’m looking for. I’ve purchased all my important jewelry through them, and they understood my changing style as I became a mother. They recently took an old eternity channel set wedding band and created a completely different one, using the same diamonds as they hold sentimental value. Their craftsmanship is impeccable, and I would never go anywhere else. Anytime I have a piece that breaks or doesn’t suit my style anymore, they always take care of me. I recently moved out of state and have had the pleasure of working with Sosé remotely to design another new piece. They’re like my extended family, and have even made sure my toddler daughters have the coolest earrings! I can’t recommend them enough!

The day before my wedding, we realized my fiance's wedding band didn't fit him and was too small. We brought it to Massoyan Jewelers and they had it stretched to fit his finger in 5 minutes. My family has been purchasing Jewelry from Massoyan since I was a little girl so it felt serendipitous that they were able to help us out the day before our wedding. Excellent service, even better people and beautiful jewelry. I would highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future! Thank you!

Wonderful atmosphere. Today was my first visit and I can not thank the team at Massoyan jewelers enough. Bought earings for my wife's birthday today and she loved them. Fair prices, customer service was top notch, and the website helped me save time before coming to the store as it displays their inventory with pictures. I loved being able to have an idea of what I wanted before even stepping in the store. I look forward to being a repeat customer and will definitely shop here again.

Massoyan Jewelers gave me a great customer experience and I would gladly go back.I was looking for a Tissot Ballade watch around Christmas time, and it was sold out everywhere. I stumbled upon Massoyan Jewlers' website and placed an order. I then called their store to make sure that they had the watch in stock, and not only did they have it in stock, but they overnight shipped it to me for free without me asking. Great family run jewelry shop which takes care of its customers!

This has been my jewelers for the past 11 years. I now live out of state and will make frequent trips back just to go to Massoyan Jewelers. They know me every time I walk through that door and treat me like family! Others don’t even compare. From their knowledge, to their compassion, and products and services, they will always make you feel comfortable and confident in everything you’re choosing. They are totally honest and will always put your best interests first. I could go on forever, about all the amazing things they have done for me, but in short, only use Massoyan Jewelers!

Every time you walk into the light & bright store you are greeted with a friendly smile. It is such a pleasure to shop here. I have purchased many gifts over the years. Besides fine jewelry, they always have a trendy selection of semi precious jewels for the young adults in your life. Many repairs are handled right on the spot with barely a wait time. We are so fortunate to have such a longstanding "mom & pop" shop in our town. It really is a true gem!

I brought in a ring that was in very bad shaped and needed to be resized. The women was able to shape it perfectly back to its original shape in a matter of minutes. I love going here, the staff is always incredibly kind, they have great prices and a beautiful selection of jewelry.
