Worst customer service I've ever experienced at any bank. Avoid at all cost!! They are all a bunch of idiots that have no clue what they're doing.

Terrible experience. I'll spare the details, but SO glad to no longer be doing business here. Trust me when I say, take your business elsewhere.

This is not a community friendly bank, the tellers may be friendly and helpful, but their upper management is horrible, unsympathetic, and treats you like you're worthless when you need simple help. Will not be banking here in the future and definitely not referring anyone to do business here either.
