Moving to a new neighborhood and setting up insurance has always been a pain, until I started working with the Park Ridge State Farm agency. Elisa has been incredibly professional and helpful with dealing with my home/auto insurance situation for the past few weeks. I would highly recommend anybody in the area to work with them.

I have been a customer of Joe Rubino's State Farm now located in Park Ridge, NJ for approximately 15-20 years and have had Art Pfeiffer as my agent now for almost 26 years. I am grateful for the whole staff including Maureen & Elisa who are always there to support whatever issues, changes, questions, and payments I may have. When you have the service I've received for so many years, there is no commercial that will make me switch company's and I happen to enjoy the "Jake From State Farm" commercial's.All the best,Cathy Waldo-Schrader

Always the best customer service!! As someone who dreads calling anywhere because it’s usually the opposite everywhere else, I’m never hesitant to call or email and know it will go flawless everytime. Elisa, the owner, answers directly within minutes and everyone I’ve ever had to deal with there has the same level of help and knowledge. Love rubino State Farm!

I had the pleasure of working with Elisa Rubino. She could not have been more helpful or knowledgeable. I was so pleased with the experience from start to finish. She tirelessly looked for ways to save my family and I money. Believe it or not, we saved almost $1,000 on our annual homeowners policy in addition to a significant amount on our auto policy. The pic below shows my annual premium AAA was trying to get away with and the new total premium State Farm charges me now. I can’t recommend them enough. The Rubino’s are a hard working caring family. Thanks so much!

I know Elisa and Joe Rubino since 2011 because my son had with them property and auto insurance. They have excellent customer service that's why I decided to get property insurance for my two newly purchased condos from them in 2013 and 2015. They both respond to my emails and phone calls right away no matter it is weekend, holiday or after hours. They are very polite professionals and they answer any questions you may have regarding your insurance. I also always recommend them to all my tenants for the renters insurance since this insurance agency is very reliable.

Art \u0026 Maureen have superbly handled all of our insurance needs and, although we have never met Art is like an old friend....always there. I offered to do a commercial for State Farm. When my daughter was sued by her best friend at Charleston School of Law, State Farm hired the best law firm in Charleston to represent her. It didn't cost me a dime. She won (of course) and is now President of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association. I can't say enough about State Farm.....or Joe's staff.
