    Have been going there for years. We hope they continue to operate in the bistate plaza for years to come...convenient and friendly. Never made a mistake so far. I am surprised at some of the negative reviews...maybe people were just having a bad day.

    I've been using Bi State Shipping Store to send and receive packages DAILY for over 10 years. I have never encountered any issues at all. I would recommend using the dedicated PO box services as well. Thank you.

    BEWARE. DO NOT GO HERE. Gentleman who works there is rude and completely uninviting. Called in there because I have a couple returns and this was the address they were shipped to, both were denied despite them having the correct information and box number. Completely unhelpful and because of that I am out $500. TERRIBLE.... read full comment
