I just left the Valley Paint and Decorating Center and I honestly cannot say enough great things about the Customer service. At this time, I am redoing a bathroom in my home and needed help to pick a paint color. Both of the employees, Edgar and Karan Could not have been more accommodating. My wife and I honestly have no eye for color so we brought in a sample of the floor and shower tile and said please help us and pick the color. Edgar and Karan used their experience and eye for color and they picked the perfect color. I cannot say enough good things about my experience, and my wife was thrilled when we walked out of there and this decision had been made. These two gentlemen deserve a round of applause, not only for their expertise, but also for making us feel so welcome and at ease. I highly recommend this store and will continue to use them as I have in the past because of all my great experiences with them.

I had a great experience here! I know next to nothing about painting, but Pablo was extremely knowledgeable and helped me throughout the whole process. Will definitely be coming back next time I need some paint.

Can I leave 0 stars? My 21 year old daughter asked for bathroom paint and primer. She was charged $174. I called the store to get an itemization. He sold her the Aura line, the most expensive @ $99 gallon and $60 primer. She didn't know there were tiers of paint quality and we surely don't need the Aura line for a 6x8 bathroom. They'd take the paint back but they'd only issue store credit. I will never shop there again and don't want their credit.shame on them.

Please don’t buy from here she charged me too much of money , for 1 gallon of egg shell lady charged me around 70$.I bought the same paint from new city it was actually 45$ .. This is very bad I came all the way to Tappan to get a good paint but staff had made use of it and over charged us

Don't go this store. They charged credit card fees to customers and do not accept any return without any notice. Unprofessional.

Never open any time I come here. Sign says "open" and the door is always locked and lights are on.
