There is only one employee at this location that is truly willing to help out customers...the rest of them do not care and only want to try and upcharge you for everything you mail or ship, pre-label or not. Regular mail delivery is usually delayed from this facility as well. It's shame you can't switch your town post office like you can change locations for any other service in the world.

Worst service ever!
Requested a mail hold for 25 days and when I went to pick up the mail they didn’t have anything for me!
The manager was very rude and had no clue what was going on!

A five o’clock closing is Post Office. However if you need a passport at 4:15 it’s too late. Great to see our federal dollars at work or NOT WORKING… . Let’s Go Branden!

I have a po Box at this location and it's always issues with receiving my mails here. I will have to change to a different location smh. Big inconvenience.

I was at work when the post office worker tried to deliver my package that required a signature, so they left a slip in my mail. One of the options of what I needed to do to receive my package was to assign a representative who can pick it up for me. So I followed the instructions, wrote someone's name, signed the form, and drove to that person late at night to give them the form because I needed that package ASAP. The next day my representative drove to the post office to pick up the package and was told only I can pick it up. My representative showed them the form multiple times, and was still told they can't pick it up. Today on my day off I drove to the office myself and asked why my representative couldn't pick up the package. The post office still insisted that it was correct, and only I was authorized to pick it up. I had to re-explain myself 3 times while the post office clerk was clearly getting very irritated until she agreed that yes, my representative was supposed to be able to pick it up with the form that had their name on it and my signature. The post office worker said she does not know who didn't give my representative the package, and there is nothing else she can say. I wish my representative got the name but it was a lady working at the middle counter on 03/26/24.

assocaite directed me to use the kiosk which wouldn't allow the transaction and prompted to ask the associate.this went on until they closed down.

Josie was the associate that I made my transaction with today. Her service was horrible. I picked up shipping tape that was left on the floor which was clearly used. I brought it to the counter instead of leaving it on the floor. I asked Josie if I could use a piece of it to seal my package, and she said no. She then tried to sell me the used tape. I pointed out that it clearly was used and asked again if I could please use a piece to seal my package. She said no, they will damage it out, and continued to charge me for a new roll of tape. To announce that you would rather throw away a roll of tape than to offer a small piece to a paying customer is subpar service and really disgusting. The USPS relies on customers and the least the front desk could do is provide decent service. Additional customer service training could serve Josie well.

I did not do anything to deserve an unfriendly service. The other 2 agents were very friendly, except one.My lucky day!

This lady gave me such a hard time while I was there. The prejudice in her was very obvious. Luckily there are other post offices nearby for me to go to.

Use this post office regularly, Have never had a bad experience. Always helpful and convenient.UPDATEWow, just read some of the negative reviews. Here's a Kleenex people...my lord get a life, the world does not revolve around you. complaining about lost mail, deliver it yourself next time.
