What a busy location! Denise was AMAZING helping me with my returns that I was unsure how to pack and ship! She helped me while greeting and guiding others in the store as well.

This comment is specifically for the supervisor of the short Caucasian brunette with the bad attitude, who doesn’t seem to understand the fundamentals of adequate customer service. When a customer enters your store, the first words out of your mouth should NOT be…”Can you use the kiosk please!!” What if I didn’t want to or was unable to figure out how to use it? This woman is very rude. It is not like she was overwhelmed with several customers. Maybe she was annoyed because I interrupted her flirt session with the only other customer in the store? This is the second time I have been on the receiving end of her poor customer service. The first time was a couple of months ago when i needed something notarized for my father’s untimely passing…and yes she had an attitude obviously aware that I was experiencing the recent loss of a loved one. Because I do not live in Old Bridge this location is not my “Go To” UPS store. The location I visit regularly has immaculate customer service, the clerks acknowledge you the minute you walk in the door, whether they have one customer or fifteen. The owner is always near by, observing and helping. He doesn’t even have to because his guys all conduct themselves like professionals! Unlike little miss attitude. I guess she wants the kiosk to replace her? Why is she behind the desk ? to do nothing or flirt with guys she thinks are hot and dismiss the ones she’s not interested in? The first words out of her mouth should be hello, how can I help you. Not rolling your eyes at me once you notice you may have to stop flirting ?

The store is upselling on the packing fee for free amazon returns. They just charged 1$ for putting a small tape of 1 inch on a 3*4 inch box. Very poor customer service.

Amazing customer service, and pleasant People to talk to. Sam, Denise and Jose were great! They fragile packed a fairly valuable guitar for me that exceeded my expectations. If you have an instrument or something fragile and valuable I wouldn’t trust anyone else to provide this service. Extremely professional from start to finish and my items were handled with care as if they were sending it themselves. I won’t bother using other UPS stores in my area and will come directly here from now on. Highly recommend!
