The staff is always aware of who's entering the store and has a greeting for everyone. They make they us give all their attention.

Haven’t been to the Parlin store in awhile, due to a poor past experience. However, I decided to give them a second chance today and it was wonderful. From the second I walked in the door, your employee Erin, greeted me and welcomed me into the store. Immediately asking what I needed help with. I had returns to make. I made them, with zero issue. During this Erin, was even helping another employee, like training them. All while being friendly and efficient with me. I will definitely be back thanks to my amazing experience. I usually don’t leave reviews, but after not coming to the store, I felt the need to leave this review in case anyone else felt like I USED to feel. Great job Erin and UPS, keep it up! Thank you!!
