Avoid this store! We wanted to buy new phones and keep our current plans. The store would not sell us the phone unless we bought accessories to accompany the phone. Then customer service reps were very rude and unprofessional

I had to get a new phone last week and was having a few complications on my end . Syeda (Adeer) was sooooo kind patient and helpful. She answered all of my questions and made sure to find what was best for me and what I needed.

We upgraded our sons phone, at this T-Mobile location. Juana, Abeer, Cameron, and BJ made us feel welcomed, they were awesome as the A team always is?

stopped by the store because i wasn't getting any signal. I was very frustrated because i use my phone for work but Jane was very helpful and got my phone to start making some calls.

I am happy with the service. went in to pay a bill ended up getting the home internet and a free phone by adding a line, the atmosphere was welcoming and the rep syeda who assisted me was nice and helpful.

The worst experience I've had in my life. The worker was rude, nasty and refused to to what t-mobile customer service told her to do because she was new. The customer service rep told her you can't tell a customer that but she couldn't care less. Her name is Jade. Don't go anywhere near this store.

Avoid this store at all costs. Went in with an issue loading voicemail on my wife’s iPhone. They couldn’t fix it and then convinced us that we had an option to change plans and get new phones through a promotion. Three-plus hours later it became apparent they were doing something that bends the rules. And it turns out the so-called benefits were not what they initially explained. It became a whirlwind of new charges that didn’t amount to a savings OR promised equipment benefits. Two weeks of trying to fix things resulted in finally going to a corporate store where they were able to recover some of the wrongdoings. I should have started there. Do yourself a favor and stay far far away from the sketchy dealings of the rte 516 store.

Buyer beware. If you get someone who knows what they are doing then I'm sure they are great but if you end up with someone who doesn't know what they are doing you could be in trouble. The girl that helped me did not! Wasted an hour and 1/2 and she messed up my daughters watch and my account! Beyond frustrated! Be better at training.

Went into the score just wanting an upgrade and Left with a new free Apple watch and wi-fi. Also helped me with tech issues. Took long but was well worth it great team

Still sorting out issues with T-Mobile Customer Care and couldn't do it without the help of store manager BJ. He is a very patient and helpful man who has gone above and beyond my expectations. If you have any T-Mobile needs you should stop in and visit his store.

Excellent service provided by a very professional staff Sarah Anderson at Route 516 ,Old Bridge T-Mobile store. Her knowledgeable , professional and friendliness's make me feel very comfortable to purchase a new phone from this store! Store Manager BJ seem very supportive to his staff too. Keep up the good work!

The girl answered a few of my questions but told me to come back tomorrow because they close in 20 minutes and it takes 30 minutes to set up an iphone. Imagine passing up an $800 sale because you didn't want to stay 10 minutes. I'm not coming back at all.

The young lady named "Sam" at the Old Bridge store is just fantastic. The top-notch customer service that she gave me was just that: TOP-NOTCH! This is one of the main reasons why I love T-Moble. I tell my friends, constantly: swtich to T-Mobile. Thank you, Sam, you're such a GEM!! Also, the other two young men who work in the store are also great. They all deserve a great raise, in my opinion.
