After the experience my father had with this dealership today, and giving them business for 12 years, I feel the public has the right to know about my experience in December 2021. The general sales manager Frankie demanded me to take down my original review but looking back, that was a very shady tactic on his end. It all started with being told the dealership would take care of the over miles on my lease that I was about to turn in since they wanted me in a new vehicle. Despite the call being recorded, my salesperson, Jamie, as well as Frankie, both said "she shouldn't have said that" and brushed it off rather than trying to meet me in the middle. Long story short, a deal couldn't be worked out as they were asking way over sticker/list price on all of their vehicles. I was also talked down to because of my credit situation at the time. Between my experience and my father's, this dealership doesn't care about customer retention. They only care about milking as much as they can and only catering to their high profile customers such as professional athletes and musical artists featured on their social media. This dealership is not what they used to be and I highly encourage anyone considering going here to look elsewhere to avoid your time being wasted and so you don't feel demoralized by their very unprofessional staff. I'm sure I will be pressured to take this review down again, but the public has the right to know the truth and about the experience from a long time customer's perspective. Because of how this dealership has treated this family and myself, the only thing they have earned is this one star review and the loss of 3 long term customers who will be looking elsewhere for their next vehicle purchases and maintenance services.

Once my go to Ford dealership is no longer. The communication has gotten bad and the service times have gotten even worse. Money will be well spent elsewhere...perhaps closer to home.

I think it's horrendous the way this dealership is exploiting a national supply chain crisis by price gouging the way they are. They're proudly posting $3000 dealer gouge charges right on the sticker price. This is no different than a gas station charging $20 a gallon during a hurricane, or a grocery store charging $25 for a bottle of baby formula. It's price gouging by definition and should be investigated by the attorney general. I've been a customer there for 20 years and they couldn't care less.Update: in response to the general manager's reply: I WAS THERE IN PERSON willing to talk, before writing this review. The salesman told me if I want the car, he wants $3000 OVER the manufacturers recommended retail price. And that's that.

This in an update to my original review in response to Jason's comment s to my original review. Jason makes it seem like I took the ridiculous prices out of context I did not. I had no idea of the tale Jason told. I only was emailed the prices. I then call up the sales representative and asked her why All American's prices were so much higher than the sticker price. Her answer was because there were not a lot of Broncos currently available. In addition, in response to Jason's explanation, if anyone thinks a car dealer is going to sell a new car to a customer at list and then by it back used at a price higher than they originally sold it, I have a bridge to sell you.

I was expecting a seamless buying experience but it ended in extreme disappointment. Judge for yourself... I looked at a vehicle on a Friday afternoon and called my salesperson shortly after the lot opened the following morning. We negotiated a price, they sent me the total cost sheet, and I called to confirm I'd buy the vehicle at the agreed price. I asked if a down payment was needed to reserve the vehicle as I could not make it back to the lot until Monday morning (dealer is closed Sundays). I was told it wasn't necessary and the salesperson asked me to fill out the credit application when I could. Approximately 2 hours later I texted the salesperson to let them know it was completed. I was then told, "So I went to pull the key and someone unfortunately is in the process of buying the vehicle. If it falls through I will let you know." I immediately called to speak to a sales manager who essentially told me there was nothing they could do. I was told they have other vehicles. So, they looked through their stock and sent me a vehicle with slightly higher mileage, similar options, and one year newer. But, here's the comical part... $5,500 more expensive. When I pointed out the similarity between the vehicles and suggested they honor the original deal I was essentially asked how that could be possible. In short, I negotiated a $1,000 off the total cost, we agreed to a the number, and I filled out a credit application, which of course results in a hard inquiry. Just to be told that the vehicle was being sold to someone else. My guess? The other customer was willing to pay full price so they decided to renege on our agreement. I'm shocked how a dealer network this size can lack such basic customer service, cohesion, organization, and training. I'm not a fan of online reviews as I'd prefer the situation to be corrected out of public eye. Unfortunately, this situation wasn't; so I'll at least hope to make some kind of impact for future customers by posting this. 1. Best case but least likely is that this is brought to the attention of senior management and there is a review of how they handled the situation and an overall review of how they handle inventory and negotiations. 2. If nothing else, prospective buyers should use this experience to tread cautiously and ensure they aren't blindsided like I was. Ensure you don't waste your time just to have a vehicle sold out from under you. And at the very least, don't let them run your credit for absolutely no reason.

Honestly wish I could rate zero stars. I have been to this dealership multiple times to shop and have found myself being watched by the employees but never approached. Odd but okay. I called up to inquire about a vehicle and rude and unprofessional are the only two words appropriate for yelp I can use to describe the gentleman I spoke with. The man didn't want to give me any information about features on a vehicle unless I was coming in. I asked if there was one with the feature I was looking for (a moonroof) and tried to ask if there was one coming in and he's response was I can't sell what I don't have and he hung up on me. Last time I checked dealers can order vehicles but I guess they don't want to do that since they mark up their cars up to $15k from what I saw. Seriously? There's being competitive in a market and then there's just plain greed. This is greed. And with customer service and prices like what I witnessed you wonder how a dealer like this would make it through this time. I would strongly recommend ordering straight from Ford or finding another dealer that will at least earn your business. Shame on the management for running a dealership this way. I definitely expected more from someone using the Ford name.

I had to get a brake job on my F150, I was told being I lost brake fluid during this brake job I had to pay an extra $200 for a brake Flush, and they can't just top off you me fluid. Your good fluid needs to be flushed to put fluid back in? When I questioned this practice with the manager, he would not elaborate on his mandatory flushing policy, instead told me to go somewhere else for service. He was very keen to loose me as a customer for over 10 years than answer that question. So now I feel ripped off and disrespected. Do not bring your car in for service, unless you are okay with paying hundreds of dollars for flushes you don't need.
