I've leased 3 or 4 cars from Quality Chevrolet and I've had them and my Pontiac serviced there for as long as I can remember. The service dept is efficient and always does a great job.

I was very happy with the sales person Dave and the management to get me where I needed to be price wise and new vehicle. This is my second time and will be many more in the future. I highly recommend Quality Chevrolet to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

My husband and I worked with Brian and Dave. They were both extremely knowledgeable and worked very hard to ensure we received the best service and deal. We will now forever be Chevrolet customers because of them, and will recommend family and friends to them as well. We also love our new Trax!

This dealership has the worst attitude from sales to service they are the most rude group of individuals. I highly recommend finding another dealership or not buying a Chevy to begin with. For your own good find another dealer

Ask for Mike Ksepka, the Service Manager. He is very kind, honest and patient and takes the time to explain it all in detail to you.

If I could give this NOTHING I would. First and foremost they have no inventory everything is a bait and switch here. They tell you come in for a vehicle that you’re looking at online and then when you show up there, they tell you that the vehicle sold and try to put you into another vehicle that’s first. Second, the sales manager, Dave or David has to be the worst Sales Manager I have ever come across in my entire life. He sits outside and clearly smokes a pack of cigarettes or disappears during the middle of a deal to make you think that he’s actually working and he’s not, carry himself in a professional manner or does not dress in a professional manner whatsoever who would wanna buy a vehicle from somebody that doesn’t even care about themselves It’s very clear they need a revamp of this office and they need to bring a new personnel The only people that clearly come here to buy a vehicle are people that I’ve already been scammed by these people Don’t even get me started with service. You will literally wait four hours for an oil change There’s plenty of Chevy dealers in the central Jersey area to go to avoid this one at all costs and if the GM knew any better he would get rid of that sales manager start over nobody’s buying above the sticker prices they set you go anywhere else and your paying atleast 5-10k less for your Vehicle lesson learned. The woman I spoke with on the phone was lovely though I believe her name was Karen

Purchased car almost 2 years ago with only 25k miles, now has only 35k and check engine light goes off and on every few days. Of course certified warranty is only 1 year. Had to google how to turn off auto stop as dealership did not know. Fyi go to last gear shift and click from gear 1-6 then back from 6-1. That will disengage until engine is turned off.

Dealership with "LOL CUSTOMER SERVICE".
About two weeks ago, I went there to shop for a car. I wasn't sure exactly what I was looking for, but I had some idea. There was just one other customer besides me.
During my very first test drive with Beth, the salesperson, she made sure to let me know that she was doing me a favor by allowing me to test drive three cars I had chosen (since there were no other customers in the dealership). When it came time to discuss numbers, Beth came back with a really high price, despite my excellent credit score. She did not seem interested in negotiating and spoke to me as if she was annoyed.
Over the weekend, I found a much more reasonable quote elsewhere. On Monday morning, Beth called me, and I informed her about the new quote and my plan to check out that car. From 9am to 11:30am, she called me four more times, left voicemails, and sent text messages. I texted her back, stating that unless she could offer a better deal, I couldn't go with them. Beth replied, "Run don't walk n go get it. Lol" (see screenshots).
Wow, I have never dealt with such a desperate but at the same time rude salesperson. No wonder the dealership was empty. Do not shop there.

Yesterday was a very excllent experience. I've been looking for a good SUV had some bad experiences with pushy forceful sales. I was pleasantly pleased with Joe in Sales. He was very understanding he really assisted us with financing. My 20 yr old vehicle was not working. So having a new vehicle was important. I saw a vehicle I liked on the internet & arranged an appointment with Juan. The internet and Sales went above and beyond to assist me. The stress of not having a vehicle is gone I am so glad I chose Quality Chevy in Old Bridge. I highly recommend this Auto Dealership. Plus everyone is so friendly & helpful. Thanks again. Sonya

HORRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT !
My check engine light came on, brought my truck to Quality Chevrolet, after being charged $6,500 in repairs my truck continued to have issues and went back 7 TIMES IN SIX MONTHS. This was my only vehicle and No loaner cars were ever available. They were never able to fix the problem with my truck. Every time I got my truck back it had another problem from lifters to a huge oil leak ( which ruined my driveway) to misfire’s. My truck was even returned with rubber gloves left in my engine. There was also greasy fingerprints on my ceiling by my sunroof. The service manager Mike was rude and unhelpful. I had to get rid of my truck because they were never able to fix the problem and after 7 times in service I have lost faith in my vehicle and in Chevrolet.
