This place is a horror they should have a doctor on facility to calm down the cashier and service manager Michael I'm 60 years old and never ever got treated for a simple oil change the way they chased me around for not showing a drivers license with my credit card crazy ... 0-60 in a second Mije in Service is a loose cannon I live local will never be back jiffy Lube here we come 5 family carsI'm still astonished by Mike's threats and lack of professionalism which caused me anxiety with his threats especially telling me he knows where I live now buyer beware stay away !!!!!

STAY AWAY !This dealership is poorly managed and is filled with a whole bunch of the bad stero-type 'used car salesmen' that are typically in a bad movie.Have no fear, there will be no business relationships here. Once the sale is made, the salesman goes away. I believe 'Take the money and run' is at the core of this dealerships mission statement. Buyer beware: if you have an issue with your new car, no voicemails or emails will be returned. It's your car now, and any problems that may occur will be your problems to solve, not the dealerships problem.If you call and ask for a salespersons voicemail, your call will ring 6 times and then you will be disconnected. Give it a try. If you call back again, the receptionist will laugh and tell you that happens all the time, but she is willing to transfer you again (so you can be disconnected again, ... ugh!)In short; It's best to just stay away from this particular dealership and look somewhere else. There are plenty of other choices for you in this part of NJ.

Worst car dealership ever. Don't do business with them. Family member went to buy a car. Salesman wouldn't give price and took plates off current car, turned off onstar. Then when price was finally given, we didn't want to buy the car. Salesman had a fit! Yelling and throwing things around the place. Called sales manager, who was very sympathetic. He's a liar. He told me he'd address the unacceptable situation with the salesman. All BS. He was there the whole time. Will never do business with them again!

Quality Chevy in Old Bridge, NJ is amazing. I had a great sales experience there and everyone from Vinny the salesman to Anthony the finance guy could not have been nicer and more honest. What a refreshing experience. I urge everyone to go to Quality Chevy for your next Chevy.

How do you give them negative stars? Don't ever do business with these scumbags for any reason!These POS recently took advantage of an 82 year old man with dementia and sold him a brand new2023 Corvette. How did they know he has dementia? The POS finance guy hand wrote a statement on the contract making this man sign he was of sound mind and understood he could not return the car and then even drove this elderly man to the bank to secure the loan. Then the POS even acknowledged he knew the man was suffering from dementia when the family later confronted him at the dealership. wouldn't walk into that place if my car broke down and caught fire out in front of their entrance! QUALITY Chevolet is a car dealer that you could fall in love with. I have Purchased a few vehicles here in my lifetime whether it was under the old name Oasis's Chevrolet or the new name Quality Chevrolet you receive outstanding treatment and service from the salesman cashier service manager ( and team of mechanic )

I am a Hispanic women and my husband is African American ... We bought a 2019 Chevy Traverse from here due to the urgency of needing a vehicle within a time crunch..DO NOT !! I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE!!From the manager to the receptionist! Very nasty to minorities! Me and my husband were met with resistance over the smallest thing, foul and atrocious tempers. None of our phone calls were returned and this was over our tags never being ordered and our temporary tags already passing expiration.The manager spoke very ill to me and hung up on me telling it's not there problem if the tags expire before we receive new ones. The receptionist when I called back furthered this by insinuating no one would be handling my calls moving forward to stop calling. I have never experienced such discrimination in my life. Do yourself a favor and buy your vehicles elsewhere..I am writing this review to hopefully save others from experience the inadequate and hateful service me and my husband received.

Just wanted to leave my situation on yelp to let everyone know what type of people work at this dealership. I went on my computer to search for a Tahoe and seen that Quality Chevy had what I was looking for , I called and unfortunately they didn't have the truck I was looking for and the lady said that she would send me over some info on some other trucks , 5 minutes later a salesman named Casper called me back and was being a salesman and trying to get me a truck I was looking for the truck he wanted to sell me was $5000 over what I was looking to spend and I told Casper that , he then told me that every dealership is selling trucks $5000 over sticker price which is not true btw because there are dealers out there still selling trucks at sticker ( if you wanna know which dealerships you can ask in comments) anyway after Casper got angry at me for saying there are dealers not selling trucks over sticker he then had the Audacity to tell me if I can't afford the truck that he doesn't know what to say to me and hung the phone up in my face. I was never so embarrassed and humiliated and felt belittled in front of my co-workers before in my life. I honestly feel he was very discriminatory toward me because of my financial. Please do not go to this dealership if you wanna feel let down and talked down to , nobody deserves this ! Oooo by the way I left 1 star because I hit it and don't know how to remove it because I wouldn't even leave the 1 star ! Thank you Rob

MUST READ! BEWARE of Quality Chevrolet of Old Bridge, NJ. They STOLE a $1,000.00 deposit from us. I am completely appalled by their actions. On 09/21/2021 my fiancé and I went to the dealership to special order a corvette. Our sales rep. was Brian Toal. At first this man seemed like such a professional, nice, and down to earth gentleman. We built the corvette to our liking and were asked to leave a $1,000.00 deposit on the vehicle. Due to the microchip shortage we were told that the vehicle was estimated to be delivered February of 2022, but this was not promised. We specifically told Brian that if we found a vehicle sooner than later, would it be possible to get our deposit back and cancel the order. We were assured that even if the vehicle was in production, even if the vehicle was delivered to the dealership, if the car wasn't to our liking or if we decided to cancel the order at any time, the deposit would be refunded in full. When my fiancé went to sign the contract I noticed the contract stated the deposits were non-refundable. I immediately questioned this. Brian assured us not to worry about the paperwork and that regardless of what the contract states we would get a full refund on the deposit if need be. Considering he seemed to be an honest man, and we trusted him because of his political affiliation with Clark, NJ Township my fiancé signed the paperwork. HUGE MISTAKE. I called the dealership to speak to Brian in November of 2021 to cancel our order and to have our deposit refunded as we found another vehicle. I originally spoke to the receptionist and explained the situation. Brian called me back in a fit of rage. A completely different man from whom we worked with the day we made the deposit on the vehicle. This man would not even let me speak. He spoke so rudely and condescendingly to me I was actually shocked. I've never in my life been spoken to that ever before and I've worked in customer service for years. He stated the car was in production already and we are not getting our deposit back. He then hung the phone up on me while I was still explaining we needed to go with a cheaper vehicle because my father suffered from strokes shortly after we made the deposit on the vehicle and his medical bills were unforeseen at the time. Regardless, he hung up on me. His unprofessionalism was completely uncalled for as I was kind to him on the phone whenever I was allowed to get a word in. Shortly after, I called the dealership to speak to the general manager, Bob Slater, the receptionist gave me the run around. I asked if the general manager was available and unless I told her what this conversation was in regards to, she would not transfer the call to him. I explained the situation and she told me the general manager wasn't in. I asked for his schedule and she didn't know his schedule. For days I was transferred to the general manager's voicemail which is still full to this day 01/05/2022. My fiancé finally got in contact with Brian around 12/27/2021, Brian told my fiancé he would speak to the general manager and call us back. We are still waiting for a call. We are disgusted by the dishonesty of Brian Toal. You don't make false promises just to make a sale. I've worked at a car dealership for over a year now and no matter the situation, every deposit is refunded. This dealership should be reported to GM for their unprofessionalism, dishonesty, and misconduct. Do not give this dealership your business.

Terrible service department. My truck has 900 miles on it and leaks water in the cabin every time it rains. They refuse to call me back to get it fixed and will not let me speak to a supervisor to rectify the issue. I will never buy or lease another vehicle from them, so they just lost a sale of second truck that I was going to purchase.

I purchased a Chevy Trailblazer this week. But it was not from Quality.I shop around before purchasing or leasing. This is my experience with Quality (and other area dealerships) this past week.I was looking for a Trailblazer. I found cars with (nearly) identical specs and MSRP at a few dealerships.Quality Chevy (in Old Bridge) was the worst at $5,000 over MSRP.All American wanted to charge me $3,500 over MSRP.Lester Glen was $1,800 over MSRP.Malouf was the best (by far) at $1,600 over MSRP - but they also offered a $1,000 dealer Rebate!Do your research before buying or leasing from here.
