I love the casual, safe and easy atmosphere. I love the friendly staff! Greg and Mindy make going there fun. I love the new cardio equipment. The gym is never busy and I always enjoy my workouts.

This is our 3 year at the Y for summer camp and both my girls love it. The staff and counselors are very welcoming and friendly. Communication and safety is a priority- Ms Kelsi is the camp director and she runs the camp very efficiently. You can tell she loves the campers and enjoys what she does. They take the time to know each camper and connect with them. My older daughter leaned how to swim and float in the water with the help of the staff. She feels comfortable being in the water which is very reassuring as a parent. My younger daughter will be completing her 1st yr at the Y and she loves it as well. This year they added field trip once a week which my daughters look forward too every week. Great place overall. I definitely recommend this camp!

The gym here is clean with good equipment, the pool is large and maintained nicely.

My son has had the best time at YMCA of Old Bridge for summer camp. Upon picking him up at the end of the 1st day, my son said "BEST DAY EVER!". He's looked forward to it every day since... they go swimming twice a day, do activities throughout the day, play and have weekly field trips- he truly enjoys all his time there, he loves his camp counselors, and all his new buddies.

I enjoy YMCA of Old Bridge. Nice facility with all required amenities as a gym. I enjoy exercise classed, weir pool, steam room and swimming pool on a regular bases. Table tennis and pickle ball are also available.

This rating is regarding my personal training. I have had the privilege of knowing and training with Jermaine for 8 years. He is knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. My workouts are tailored to my needs. He has a smile and kind word for everyone. Not only do I call him my trainer but also my friend.
