I brought my daughter’s silver Claddagh ring here for repair. She received it at college this morning, and to quote her, “The claddagh looks as good as new!! Like, brand new! It’s shiny, there’s no crack, and it’s even in an “o”shape again. It looks amazing. This ring is very important to me, as you know.” Thank you, Nicholas Jewelers! I am happy that she is happy. The person behind the counter that I spoke to was also very pleasant and helpful. Five stars all around! Just sorry I did not take before/after pictures.

Fantastic, Friendly Customer Service ! The staff is efficient and always willing to answer questions and offer other options. I stopped in to have a number of watch batteries replaced. They were able to complete all the replacements in 1 day at a very reasonable cost. I will return to have more batteries replaced and will stop in for my future jewelry needs. Very Highly Recommended.

Nicholas Jewelry Store is the best jewelry shop I have ever gone to. The staff is so helpful, not pushy and attentive to what you want. Nick is so experienced and listens to what you need. My husband & I have had jewelry repaired, rings sized, batteries changed in our watches and recently purchased beautiful pieces for our grandson's and granddaughter's christenings. It is truly the BEST jewelry shop in town. Highly recommended.

We didn’t wind up getting our wedding rings at Nicholas Jewelers because it was too late, but we got matching gold chains for the wedding and Nick is so wonderful and kind. He will be our jeweler going forward.

I never went into this jewlery store before. My daughter tugged on my chain and the clasp was open a little bit. Due to just having shoulder surrgery recently I didn't feel comfortable fixing it myself. They got me in and out in minutes. They'll be my jewlery shop moving forward. Staff was nice and smiling. Thanks guys.
