The best part about this store is: It is never crowded and you can always find parking right in front of the entrance! Ideal store if you need to return Amazon stuff. There is hardly ever a as line, so no wait time!

My local Kohl's. I love shopping in store to try on clothes and also their shop on-line pick-up in store option is so easy and quick. My orders are always ready when they promise.

Kohls is always a pleasant place to shop, all because of your knowledgable and friendly staff. The only negative comment is that you no longer carry several items that I always looked forward to buying. Also disappointing that Kohls has held back on offering better clearance on holiday items, with only 60% off at the end of January 2025; should be 90% off by now.

I went to Kohl's to buy warm socks for the upcoming single digital weather. I was giving a very friendly greeting when I arrived. I asked an associate where I can find the winter socks. She walked me all the way to the back of the store and found fleece lined socks. I went to Macy's where I wasn't greeted and when I asked an associate the same question, I received a disinterested nod in the general direction of the socks. She couldn't have been more then 10 to 15 feet away from them. At Kohl's, the woman walked the length of the store. That is what real customer service looks like.

Store manager decided it would be a good idea to get rid of the Amazon return line so now when you have a 5 second return you’re waiting online for about 10 minutes for someone making a ton of store return. Funny thing is everyone I made a return I bought something from the store and now I don’t have a reason to go there. On top of that, The place is greatly understaffed. On the average, you got 10 people online while one register is open and you’re waiting for about 15 minutes

I am shopping with my husband then we found we need, Store was very nice and good looking, and neat and Clean, all associate was great and helpful. Good experience.
