One of my worse experiences, by getting my nails done !!!!! None of my nails are even I told her I wanted acrylic on my nails and the lady started to put gel , did not listen to any of the items I asked them to do all the way down to my feet , so disappointed and will never come back as for the price they charged way more than what they told me on the phone ..

The pedicures are rushed, not relaxing, and of course they put me in the one non massage chair when there were plenty of massage chairs available. That’s like 50% of the good part of the pedicure. She sanded off my skin when removing old gel polish and then rubbed acetone in it like she was mad at me. I’m more stressed than when I came in.

Disappointing. Acrylics didn’t even last a week. I could bend and snap them with no effort. Getting them done was a mess, nail tech left acrylic and polish all over my fingers.

I've been going to Kim's for a while now. With the new owners, they have been upgrading their facility and it's beautiful. They also have appointment reminders via text which is great too. Everyone is very friendly and I always feel so relaxed when I leave. Highly recommend if you're in the area and want to get your nails done!
