Their items are unbelievable expensive compared to other drift stores I have been to. These are supposed to be used clothes shame on them. I bought a jacket for $40 just because I needed it for my son right away. I saw a used men shoe that was labeled $50 shame on them

I have had multiple issue with customer service in this place very rude staff and don’t ever go late in evening because they start kicking at 5:45pm start turning off lights and talking really rude to customers for them to leave I went in at 5:42pm and saw a christmas sweater that was in front and I was told don’t even look we are closing. I’ve went to the Rahway location and way bigger and better and customer service is great there. I will not be returning..

This place has the worst customer service especially around when they almost closing very rude and they basically kick you out I understand places close but it’s the way you say things not what you say unfortunately I will not be returning I’ll go to the Rahway location.

I usually really like the things I find at this store and have never had a problem with customer service but today they were quite rude. The place closes at 6 but at 5:50 they turned the majority of the lights off to get people to the front. I have no problem with them telling people a few minutes to time to go to the register as that is what most stores do, but to turn the lights off is uncalled for, unprofessional and also a big liability. People can fall when it’s dark, bump into things, injure themselves etc.. Really disappointed as I used to like this store.

Whether you’re thrifting, saving buy buying pre-owned or reselling; the prices here are marked up beyond anything reasonable. The clothing is 90%Average brands you can find at a Goodwill or Salvation Army for nearly HALF the price. Anything “brand name” or “ Desirable” is priced ridiculously high. The sale racks were also basically the same brands in abundance everywhere else and barely less than what other Thrift stores would charge full price. Save yourself a trip and just go to the other Thrift stores. They get 2 stars for being clean.

bad management gives a bad reputation and name to the company, the fact that employees are denied the HR contact info to report any incident or complaint was another illegality, many employees have been denied of this right, that's why ex-employees have to go to public platforms to communicate the irregularities happening at the Oldbridge store. I hope the owner investigate this matter and obligate a change, people loosing their jobs for working and doing the right thing is appalling. The bad management and discrimination/favoritism is a big thing there in Oldbridge store.

Awkward employees & depressed customers! Most of the clothings have almost similar price to new clothings in Walmart despite much of the used and improperly washed clothings in this store still has so much hears on them and can transmit various skin diseases. Some of its employees' interaction is very different their work environment.
