From beginning to End. The customer service was Top Tier!!! Sydney was so Flawless throughout my planning and the actual day!!!! And Jessie!!!!!! She was absolutely amazing!!! From my guests raving about the cocktail hour,to the Entree, to the Dessert Extravaganza!!!! Everyone was highly amazed by the attentiveness of staff and everything. Sydney thanks to you my day was an experience not Just for me and my husband Marcus. But to all my guest. I think imma be there for some events for some of my guest pretty soon. ? Highly recommended!!!!

Our recent event at The Grand Marquis was overtaken by an unfortunate theft incident, leading to an abrupt end to our celebration. Beyond the incident itself, the owner's response was disappointingly lacking in accountability, empathy, and professionalism.Adding insult to injury, the compensation offered was both meager and inadequate, failing to acknowledge the significant disruption to our event. It was evident that the owner's approach lacked a genuine understanding of the impact the incident had on our experience and the overall ambiance.It's essential to note that amidst the chaos, the valet company attempted to assist guests with some compensation around stolen vehicles and keys, demonstrating commendable effort and concern. However, the owner's response left much to be desired, as they offered minimal assistance to the us as the host and neglected post-event mitigation efforts.Though it's never easy to share negative feedback, it's imperative to warn others considering The Grand Marquis for their events. The lack of professionalism and empathy displayed during our ordeal overshadowed what should have been a joyful celebration, leaving us with a regrettable and unforgettable experience.

Came here for a dental seminar. The space was huge and elegant we got served breakfast and lunch. Lunch was more like a dinner they have salmon vegetables falafel, everything was delicious

Long line stretching to the highway when arrived because of the required valet. The wait to depart took much well over an hour when it was below 28 degrees Fahrenheit in the middle of the winter where they had everyone stand outside in the freezing cold until midnight.Seriously, they wouldn’t let anyone have their own keys and they only had about four drivers for a large gathering. Would’ve been much faster without the valet. Not a very happy ending to the night.

We had our wedding here October 2023 and my guests are still absolutely raving about Grand Marquis! Everything from the food, to the beautiful dome room, to the staff was absolutely impeccable! I cannot even put into words how above and beyond every single staff member went! Our maitre’d Carolyn and bridal attendant Jess made sure we always had food and drink in hand and Jess followed us around taking photos outside holding my very heavy train so it wouldn’t get wet on the ground from the rain earlier in the day. The cocktail hour and dessert extravaganza they include was unreal with the amount of food and how delicious everything is. Five stars isn’t even enough, if I could give 100 stars I would! Thank you Grand Marquis for giving us our dream wedding! Book here for any event! You will not be disappointed!

Came here for a wedding and oh my god was the food incredible.For the cocktail hour, there were a multitude of stations. Some of the highlights were the potato bar with multiple types of French fries, the pasta bar, the Asian bar, lamb chops and these chicken skewers that had a nice kick. The portions here are so incredibly massive and everything was cooked perfectly and very flavorful. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive and the hall itself is beautiful. I would recommend having an event here. You wouldn't be disappointed.

Our wedding at the Grand Marquis was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we stepped foot on the grounds, we were captivated by its beauty and charm. We started our journey with the Grand Marquis 9 months before our wedding day. We heard by word of mouth that the food and service were outstanding, so we knew we had to make it a priority to visit the location during our search for the perfect venue. From the moment we walked in the doors, we were greeted with such grace and professionalism. We had the pleasure of working with Sara, who made sure every detail of our wedding was absolutely perfect. After booking our event, she was in constant communication with us to ensure all questions and concerns were addressed leading up to our special day. The manager, Demetrius, made sure all of our requests were met and he provided exceptional customer service. The maître d, and operators manager, Dyl was incredible. He made sure every single detail that day was perfect. Dyl treated us like royalty that day, and it was because of his hard work that our wedding was seamless. My bridal attendant, Jessica, was my guardian angel that day. She was by my side from making sure I ate and drank well during the wedding to packing all of our decorations and to go food for us. She was constantly working to ensure that every need of ours was met. Whenever I looked over, she was there, even to help manage the chaos of bustling my dress. I would have been lost without her! The servers, bartenders, and entire staff at the Grand Marquis were exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make sure ours guests were happy and that our day absolutely perfect. The venue's picturesque setting, impeccable service, and attention to detail made our wedding a dream come true. Our guests were equally impressed, and the memories we created there will last a lifetime. Thank you to the entire team at the Grand Marquis for making our special day truly magical!
