I drive 40 minutes away from my house when i have to go to game stop. Meanwhile i have game stop 2 minutes from me. I go because there is an employee named Adam. He's wonderful always helping out and going out of his way. He also is very knowledgeable. Has alot of patience as well.

Adam was incredible. I was in to purchase a PS portal and required was signing up for a GameStop account.
He singlehandedly manage multiple customers (3-4) with such finesse while facilitating our membership sign up. He didn’t make us feel left out. He was clear and concise with every detail and was also able to explain highlighted warranty coverage to each customer for that particular product we were getting.
10/10 customer service !

I come here for all of my ROBLOX cards. $10, $15, hell, I'll even get a $20 ROBLOX card. This is because I buy roux from my cousin who is illegally selling meth, but anyways, I love this GameStop.

This store is very clean and well organized. The staff here, especially the manager, are all very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and kind.

One employee working at 6 pm that needs to call other employees to get a proper answer. SMHTold them I had a controller on hold explained it was a red Xbox controller. Took them ten minutes to find the controller and when he finally came back with a red ps5 controller clearly this guy doesn’t have a clue. Clearly GameStop hiring employees as bodies not by their gaming knowledge. Glad this type of store will be phased out as the digital culture takes in the coming years.

Adam was awesome in helping my boyfriend and I get the new Xbox Series X. Despite having a huge line for the new Zelda and about to close, he made sure to trade in my boyfriends series S for the new X quickly. I could tell it would be stressful and it was about closing time, but he made time anyways!!

I want to start off by saying this is not the closest gamestop location to where I live. However I make the trip because the staff at this location are incredibly helpful and personable. I thoroughly enjoy coming to this location for all my gaming needs and will continue to do so in the future.

Went in for a pro controller and it was quick an easy. I wanted to see how much money was on each gift card that I had, and the guy behind the counter was very helpful. After asking about pro controller for a Nintendo switch I immediately was met with the best option. The member in charge of helping me was very friendly and had a positive attitude towards me. I purchased the item and shook his hand, as I was walking out of the store he told me to have a great day! Very satisfied and I would recommend this store

I was in Walmart in search of a Nintendo Switch. They didn't have any in stock. I called Game Stop and spoke with Dylan. He told me they had a few in stock. When I arrived he was courteous and knowledgeable. Explained the different packages as well as their capabilities. I would definitely shop here.
