On 3/23/22 I visited FedEx on Route 18 to copy some documents. Employee Lawanda made this a great experience from beginning to end. She was polite, patient, and very helpful. These days customer service is lacking in many industries, therefore I wish to thank this young lady for her assistance during my visit to FedEx.
