Purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle and was told by sales rep Ronny that two complimentary oil changes would be included. Called to make an appointment for service and there’s no record of any complimentary oil changes, so I requested to speak with Ronny or sales manager to sort it out. After waiting on hold for 20 minutes, was told I’d be transferred to Ronny, but was sent to voicemail box that I could not leave a message on. Called service phone again, same service rep “couldn’t hear me” and hung up after me trying to ask to speak with someone who could help. Called again and was told that Ronny wasn’t in for two weeks and sales manager was out. Overall, this experience has been frustrating and very unprofessional.

I had the pleasure of purchasing my car from DHC Academy Honda in Old Bridge and will very likely be coming back here for my next vehicle. Eddie (Edmond) Alexander was incredibly helpful from the moment I stepped in and demonstrated exceptional knowledge and professionalism the entire time. Johan Zelaya initially showed the car to me and was also helpful and professional. Amber Rose Brown helped me with all of the paperwork and was also very helpful and patient, making sure to answer all of my questions. Made an appointment to see an MDX, but when I got there, they told me it was just sold. Traveled over an hour for no reason. They didn't even contact me to let me know. Very inconsiderate.

I am a super HAPPy buyer today. I’ve been out of a vehicle for a few years now and saw Ernesto Cabrera post a sale to another customer on facebook. I contacted him and everything was fast paced and clear and the vehicle I had my eye on became mine. I walked in DCH academy Honda without the intention of purchasing a car…let alone a new one! But upon meeting Ernesto, I felt comfortable and at ease to at least discuss my options. He was kind, patient and so attentive to my needs and concerns. Not only did I leave that day with a brand new 2024 Accord, but with a cheaper monthly payment than before walking in and a peace in knowing that I made the best decision ever!
