This branch is awful. Several times they jerked me around with notary services which they should provide to customers. Lazy people.

I was having a really hard time getting the help I needed from customer service. The manager, Jason, was very helpful. I felt like he was concerned about the situation I was in and did everything in his power to help me. Even though he was getting ready to start his vacation, he stayed over to make sure that I was taken care of. It is reassuring to know that this bank which is so close to my home is there to help me with whatever need I may have. All the staff are very professional at this branch and the store is very neat and clean. Thank you Jason for all your help yesterday. You made a very difficult situation much more tolerable. I visited the branch to activate my daughter's chase first account debit card. I called the 800 number prior to visiting the branch and was informed they can reset the pin at the branch. I was told by the teller that I have to call the 800 number to reset the pin. Unfortunately the teller was not informed that the branch can reset pin but they did not take the time to check. He was not patient and was quick to refer me back to the customer service number. Very disappointing visit.

Went to the location with my daughter to open an account and "Ranjit Nagrecha" assisted my daughter with great patience. Best banking experience I have experienced in awhile. My daughter and I are extremely pleased with his unflinching enthusiastic approach. I highly recommend this branch for all of your banking needs!!!

Useless bank.my identity was stolen online using my info to open account at chase I called old bridge chase and the manager said I have to go in to close it! I didnt open it!!I am calling a lawyer and I called channel 12 news.I have a disability and the manager at old bridge was still making me go theee.When escalation calls they purposely go right to your voice mail so they cant help u.No one answers the phoneChase is a hoax that opens accounts by hacking into your personal info.Stay away.

Chase bank ? at 20 Bushnell Road, Old Bridge, NJ 08857.? Latest visit - 2021 July 09 - Rating upgraded to 5 stars ? ? ? ? ?. Decent banking experience today. NO problems.? 2020 Oct. 25 - 3-stars ?? ?There's always someone at the entrance to greet you and ask you what you've come to do at their bank the second you enter the building. This practice does NOT make a customer feel welcome or comfortable. Rather it does the opposite, it actually creates an unwelcoming environment. You feel like they are watching your every move and checking you the second you enter the building. Certain employees are standoffish and look uncomfortable. At least one employee is NOT comfortable making eye contact with ethnic women. Because of this, I have stopped doing any onsite in-person banking at this location many months ago even before the pandemic lockdown went into effect. I am NOT totally comfortable doing any onsite in-person banking here. Rated and reviewed on 2020 Oct.25.

I had reached out to several local branches inquiring about getting mint condition $1 bills for Chinese New Year. I called several local branches only to be told no we don’t. It was here I spoke with Navin who explained why there was a shortage and actually provided a viable solution, how about $2 bills. Needless to say he didn’t just say no but tried to offer a solution understanding there was probably an important reason why I was asking for this. The branch had the bills ready for me so once I came in I only had to ask for Regina who was super pleasant and wished me a happy new year. I was on my way in less than 5 mins. Great service! A place that cares about their customers.
