Paid good money for Ultimate wash, they sped up to entrance of car wash and only pre-rinsed the drivers side of car before the car entered the car wash. I have been going here for years and service gets worse every time. Prices were raised and quality went way down. Not going back. Worker was rude when we told him our issue.

My first time going was great, then after that I went 3-4 times later and quality really went down, felt like the car needed another car wash after.. some spots were still dirty even though I got the mid tier package.
