What can you expect from a place that has 3 stars, hopefully this location closes. Customer empathy and service is just not there. Fire the lady checking receipts at the door and maybe youll gain half a star back. Already filed a corporate complaint can't wait to hear back. Can't wait for the new Sam's Club location or Costco.

Prices are no better than elsewhere. Coupons are hard to clip / use. Staff are kinda miserable. Queue to exit sucks where they're more concerned that you're stealing your purchase than happy you didn't Hundreds of dollars at their store. We will NOT renew our membership. Not recommended.

Just got turned away by the butcher for cube steak (that I asked for 30mins prior). at 1:30pm that they still didn’t have the machines cleaned from the night before. Those were his words. Embarrassing. Just payed $117 to renew my membership at a store who’s meat department is still waking up at 1:30pm. I’ve asked for cube steak in the past and waited over an hour for it. Again. Embarrassing. Done shopping here. Edison it is. Not to mention the stores dusty. It’s just convenient it’s close. Gross.

Went there yesterday very few cars in the lot NO SHOPPING CARTS outside or in the store. Thought this was ridiculous!! Was told by the door guy they would have them next week and best bet was to follow someone to their car.

I went to this BJ's on June 16th 2023 and filled out the sheet for a Turkey & Cheese Sandwich Ring to be picked up on June 20th for my Daughter's graduation celebration.When I went to pick up the Sandwich Ring, I was told they couldn't find my order. I showed the employee a picture that I had taken of the sheet I had filled out prior but was told they couldn't find the order. I had to wait for a new order to be made but the order was missing lettuce and was completed sloppy. I recommend that you take a picture of the order request when feasible and take a look at the order prior to leaving the store.

The person who helped me with TV's advised me not to get a display model. I really appreciated that gesture. The guy that helped me to my car: needs an attitude adjustment. I had a generous tip in my hand for him, but kept it instead.

Clean and well stocked with plenty of variety. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. The only problem I found is that there was plenty of registers available if you were purchasing less than 20 items but only one open for 20 or more.

The store itself is fine. Typical BJ's store. My issue is with the customer service, more specifically, the miserable woman whom is supposed to greet you upon entering the store. My disabled son goes shopping with me and she just stares at him like he has two heads. He has autism and makes him and my family uncomfortable. The worker has long dark hair and I will update this review with a name next time I have to go back. BJ's should put someone whom greets people at the door with a personality and someone whom does not have prejudices against special needs.
