Love this place. Very reasonably priced and everything you need spice wise. Not a big market, but again everything you need.

How can we report this??So there is a potential shortage expected in rice from India. So most shops have put in a 1 item limit for rice bags. Which is understandable, to avoid hoarding of products. But this shop uses this excuse to force customers to spend minimum of $25 before they can have the ability to buy a bag of.riceSo we were here today mainly to buy 1 bag of rice and some veggies. The rude cashier snapped at me and later at an elderly gentleman bcoz we did not "qualify" to buy rice bcoz we hadn't spend their minimum spend.Isn't this illegal and how can we report them. We didn't want to support their practice of forcing customers to spend a minimum before they can have the privilege of buying rice. So we left without buying

This place should be reported for price gouging. I understand inflation but they're ridiculous. If you want to be taken advantage of...shop here. Disgusted ?

This is a very nice Indian-Asian grocery store located at Gateway plaza. Bhavani translates like “Giver Of Life” and it is truly a giver. Very clean and have a great variety of vegetables, fruits, flour, rice and many more wonderful items. They have the best fresh okra selection , eggplants, coconuts, honey, spices and incenses. Sales associates are very nice & attentive people. This store is packed with all kind of unique snacks and hard to find items for the recipes like fresh lemon grass. Strongly recommend the Bhavani store if you are looking for a nice Indian-Asian store in the area.

I just updated my review from 2 stars to 4. I had bought expired products here too many times and the staff was kinda rude in general. Been going the past year and it’s gotten way better. Cashiers are super fast and very nice. They have fresh produce and carry a large variety of products you might not find in other stores

I would give 5 stars ? to this Indian grocery store. It’s the cheapest Indian store in New Jersey though it was more cheaper a year before but still it is comparatively best among its peers. Indian vegetables are atleast a dollar cheaper it. It is more organized now than last year also most of the items are marked with prices. Staff is very nice and helpful. Lot of parking space is present here. All Indian vegetables ?, grocery, pooja items are present here. Meat/fish are available in the frozen section. Kitchen utensils ? like pressure cooker, idly maker, Roti Tawa, pooja lota made of copper are also available . Visit once and see the difference. Thanks

Lots of varieties. When I'm in the area, I pick up an ethnic snack, lassi, or something new to satisfy my taste buds.
