I went to this location in Old Bridge because I had a headlight that was out. Dan was beyond helpful. He not only helped me navigate which headlights would be best to purchase, he changed both headlights for me and the whole encounter took less than 15 mins. He was amazing and I am so appreciative of the experience! Thanks!

Amanda / Spencer not sure of the actual name the Store manager uses, but originally bought a battery from here. 6 months later the dealership is telling me is faulty. Came back to autozone as this is where I bought it and the store manager Amanda Spencer, told me that they did not have the battery in stock. AND then told me that even if they did, I need to have somebody come here to change it for me. And then read my car and said it was the alternator and had the audacity to tell me “oh sucks for bad news so early in the morning”. So I took off of work to get to the dealer today. Ran a $379 diagnostics test for them to show me that my alternator is fine. And said it was my battery. THE STORE MANAGER AT AUTO-ZONE MADE ME WASTE A WORK DAY AND CONVINCED ME THAT IT WAS AN ALTERNATOR AFTER ONLY SPENDING 2 SECONDS PLUGGING MY CAR UP. I SPENT AN EXTRA $400 THAT I DID NOT NEED TO SPEND. IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO DO YOUR JOB AND HONESTLY HELP CUSTOMERS - DO NOT BE A F’N STORE MANAGER!!!! I even had my mother with me and she couldn’t believe how rude & sarcastic she was.
When we came back today though an assistant manager by the name of Jai assisted us. AND TO MY DISMAY he even had someone assist me in changing it!!! NOW HE SHOULD BE A STORE MANAGER!! He was so kind and so patient as frustrated as I was expressing my issues to him. He literally found the battery in stock and said they have a ton in the back (which Amanda Spencer lied about) and had someone install it for me in less that 5 minutes. That guy deserves a promotion!! His customers service is great.

Huge help! All the employees today were great. I had to replace a headlight in my car and accidentally bought a high beam bulb. Exchange was easy and the employees there helped with any questions I had. Thanks all!

Absolutely wonderful location! Every person here as always been helpful when I've come in for products or to have my sensor lights checked out, tire pressure, etc! Danny is absolutely amazing! He always always always helped me out with my minivan and he helped us out with our car yesterday to locate and change two fuses! He is always so friendly, kind, respectful, and willing and ready to help with anything necessary! Thank you so much!!!

Dan G - is an absolute beast. Dan is super knowledgeable. He knows his products and services inside and out. I stopped in right before closing during a rainstorm due to a broken windshield wiper and the gentlemen working went out in the rain and placed it for me. They were great and made me feel so relieved at a frightening situation.

I stopped at autozone on Rt 9 in old bridge for Check engine light on. I asked for a diagnostic test. Very nice associate came out. Took his time to explain. He wouldn’t even accept a tip.
