“An amazing experience from start to finish. Even before I set foot in the dealership, they kept in communication, confirming the appointment several times. The morning of the appointment, they confirmed again and confirmed that the specific vehicle was still in inventory.
When I arrived, I could see that my specific vehicle was in the cute little camping and doggie display. When I told my sales rep that it was the car I wanted, she leapt into action, drove the vehicle out of the display, and got me into it for a test drive.
The negotiation process went really well. They already had the best price in the area, but once I was in front of the their desk even more $$$ came off. Shout out to Irina.
The dealership itself is so comfy, with a quiet room for waiting and working, another waiting room with TV, plenty of snacks and coffee and tea. I'm not a pet owner but was impressed by their pet area and amenities.
Service department seems to run like a well-oiled machine. The largest number of female employees I've ever seen at a dealership, in all departments, (although I didn't see the mechanics).
My great experience continued through to the Finance Office, where Nancy was clear at explaining everything, didn't push any extras on me too hard, but explained all my options in clear language and without rushing.
Every single person I encountered was friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be there. I loved Katie's enthusiasm down in service, as I admired her Subie ink and we laughed and compared photos of all our previous Subarus.
